Cody and Bryce were both super helpful! My husband and I came in during the labor day sale, after hours of searching other stores. Cody walked us through the different options available and helped us find our initial sleep number. When we came back to purchase, Bryce walked through that entire process with us, got us set up on the app, and scheduled our delivery. Both guys were personable, knowledgable of the product, and you can tell they care about the customer. We can't wait for our new sleep number and to refer people to the EP location!

Buyer beware....they sell you on a risk free return...They charge you an additional $250 to come pick it up, after you have already paid $250 to have it delivered with is 2X other mattress stores Charge. They did not tell me this when I bought the bed...only that I could return it risk free....Don't Be fooled. Yea its probably buried in the paperwork, but they certainly didn't point that out or verbally tell me about it.....

Bryce was super helpful - we came in an hour before closing and he walked us through all our options and even stayed late to wrap up our purchase! He made the experience very easy and didn’t make us feel any pressure to buy a bed. Glad we were able to work with him!

I walked into the Eden Prairie location and was immediately greeted by Cody. I was getting ready to move and, after buying a sleep number bed for my mom the year before, decided I owed great sleep to myself. Cody was awesome. I helped meunderstand how the bed worked, my initial sleep number, and talked me through the different options. He then followed up with me through text and shared the next sale. I purchased my entire setup over text with Cody. He was amazing. Professional, personable, and caring. Cody knew I was traveling on business and followed up to see how the bed was treating me. I never felt pressured to buy a bed, all I ever felt was that Cody cared about my sleep. Thank you!!!

Return policy has fees that are not disclosed, $250 and expect to spend a long time on hold - 30 plus minutes to try and get a return setup.

Nice enough people, they follow up with you in the store, but you pay a delivery fee and if the bed doesn't work for you, they charge you another $250 pickup fee. So I spent $500 to try an air mattress for a few weeks after the elevated tech support deemed it to be their mattress not being compatible with my bed frame. Then I called the store, they said they'd call me back, and of course did not.All this after the fine print just says there "may be a return fee." Please. That was glossed over. You need to TELL people it will cost them $250 delivery fee and $250 pickup fee just to try it. This business practice shouldn't be legal.
