I work with two Sherwin-Williams locations, one in Hudson WI and the other in Eden Prairie.
It would be difficult to find two stores whose attitude is more different.
The personnel at the Sherwin-Williams store in Hudson, WI are courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.
The personnel at the Eden Prairie store make you feel like they are doing you a favor and putting them out by trying to buy something from them.
I gave them a 2 because their personnel are terrible but their product is good.

The guy who helped me today had no customer service attitude. He needs to find another job in a different area. Management at this location must pay attention to these things because customer service attitude is very important else I can just deal with machines.

I love the products, the paint is second to none! However, I have had 2 difficult and unfortunate incidents at this store both involving the same person. Miscommunication and failing to make the situation right. I do painting for others and will not be using this store any more. It is just not worth it!
