I was referred to Sam by another business in Minneapolis.They were exceptionally impressed with his honest technical approach. I took my Samsung TV to Sam and I can only say that he was very helpful in sorting my TV out. He mentioned that it wasn't the TV, but the Samsung One Connect cable that was faulty. He didn't sell the cable but made multiple recommendations where to source it for the best price. My TV is functional now and his diagnostic fee was well worth the money. Keep up the great work!

I asked for a back light repair and he told me it wasn’t worth it to buy a new tv it is a 1800 dollar tv didn’t even look at it

Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with the service I received. My 4K LG TV had its back lights replaced, fixing its primary issue of showing everything with a blue/purple tint. What kept this from being a 5 star service was the lack of proper communication. I dropped off the TV on a Saturday and was told on the spot it would need new back lights. I believe I was told to expect a call on Monday. Tuesday came around so I called that afternoon to see what was up. I was told the TV was just diagnosed that morning and the back lights would need to be replaced. They then asked if it was fine for them to order the part. My thought was, “Didn’t we already know what the issue was? They should have ordered the part as soon as I brought in the TV and they noticed the problem. And why didn’t they diagnose and call yesterday?” Anyway, it then becomes Saturday and I hadn’t heard anything so I called again. Was told the part had just been shipped out to them and would be there soon. Finally the TV was ready on Monday.So yeah, the experience was alright overall since the owner was very friendly and the TV was fixed. But it wasn’t the lightning quick experience other reviews seemed to have, and it took some calling on my part to stay updated about the status of my TV.

He has the LG secret. I spents multiple hours with LG customer service. Finally they send Sam. He was so nice and patient. We figured out the issue. He is honest, and does and excellent job troubleshooting to figure out the issue.

Sam provided a light at the end of the tunnel when LG customer service kept me in the dark. Our OLED CX 65” TV (bought in Feb ‘21) started randomly turning off a little after a year old (and conveniently outside the 1 year warranty) and wouldn’t turn back on. Contacted Sam after finding him on google and he knew right away what the problem was. LG was being difficult and wouldn’t send a replacement screen without charging for it but Sam insisted that I be persistent. I wrote a rant of an email to LG corporate and they relented. I had to reschedule Sam a couple times and he was able to accommodate. Sam came over and needed the TV to exhibit the problem in order to replace the screen, which it wasn’t at the time so he took the TV with him back to the shop. He was able to get the problem to occur, fixed it, and had the TV back at my place that same afternoon. Not sure how long this new screen will last me but I plan on buying my next TV through Sam! Worthy of 6 stars

Wow! Never met a costumer like this, sam was very friendly, patient n on time. He make sure we left his shop very satisfied. He’s also very reasonable n understanding. U won’t believe he even give my husband n i gifts as first time customers. 1 yr warranty is also on d Tv we bought.I recommend Sam to everyone who’s looking to buy or fix their TV. He’s reliable.

Yes, there are techs who can fix TVs. Sam's repair estimate came in exactly as he quoted. It was worth every penny to have this set repaired. If I have another repair need, it's going to Sam's.

SO impressed. A piece broke on our TV, and GeekSquad//Best Buy were telling me I had to purchase a whole plan, then pay for the repairs, they’d send it out, it would take all this time, etc. We found Sam and made a call, dropped it off, and had it back right away! He was so professional and SO quick! He did an excellent job and our tv is as good as new! He’s our TV Guy for sure!
