I ordered the “wreck” a few weeks back. Great employees. Great tasting sandwich. Fair price. We went there a little before dinner time so it was not too busy. Solid place to eat, I would go there again.

Super good food as always!! Rude, crabby employees unfortunately. Went on a Monday mid day (was not busy) .. employees acted as if they hated their life, I understand not like a job but geeeeeesh. McDonald’s employees are happier than the ones here. ?

Had a chocolate milkshake while wandering the mall. Was as delicious as I remember it from my childhood. Appreciate they still add the little shortbread cookie on top.Parking: Mall has very large, free parking lot.

My husband and I enjoyed our “Wreck” sandwiches at Potbelly’s today! I like how the sandwiches are toasted, have fresh toppings, and are made to order in front of you! We have bought sandwiches at the EP Center location probably a dozen times and they have been consistently good. I strongly recommend downloading the Potbelly app which offers frequent specials. Today, National Sandwich Day, Potbelly had a BOGO deal through their app, so we received one of our sandwiches for free!

The kids working here refused to serve me, and another customer behind me in line, because they were "not making food anymore" at 7:47 - even though the store hours say they are open til 8, and even though they are making another customers sandwich while telling us this. He must have had to pull teeth to get them to make his food too, because he came out of the store pretty heated and going off on the quality of the service here.Last time I was here one of the kids audibly huffed because I ordered a shake with my sandwich, but at least they took my order.

Service and food were good. I ate outside and the tables are covered in dust. They seem to be wiped off weekly when they should be cleaned multiple times a day. If dining surfaces are dirty, everything in the restaurant is dirty.

Well the outside of the bread was warm. It's been a long time since I had been here, it will be much longer before I return.They must have turned down the ovens , since they were closing in 5 min. Just close earlier, then you don't have to stay open, and I don't have to pay for a gross sandwich.

Honestly those random closed days and d*** hours during staff shortages sucked…mainly because this place is amazing. Without fail every location and every visit I consistently have polite staff, a correct sandwich and it is always substantially better then any sandwich place I’ve ever tried! And those shakes are no joke they are so good! Truly peerless 8/10
