“Large post office desk with super friendly clerks. They have a convenient drive through lane on the side if you have stamped letters you need to send. Even a drop box for priority mail.”

“I've been in post offices (USPS) where I've been treated like a human being, but most I've been in I've been treated like I'm an unwanted pest. But, at Normandale, not only do the staff seem to care that my needs are met, they also treat me like a member of their community and someone who they are happy showed up. Phenomenal!”

“The employees here were really nice. The middle aged guy that was there right away in the morning answered my questions nicely/was very kind and ready to help, and the African American gentleman there at about 10am was very fast (I had to leave and come back to find a bigger box).”

“One of the better Post Office experiences I have had.Let's face it - the Post Office is normally not the highlight of peoples days.I have been to dozens of Post Offices over the years - I had a eBay side hustle for years and shipped literally well over 1,000 packages. I go out of my way to go to the Chaska Post Office.I stopped into the Chaska Post Office yesterday - 1.6.2023 - and was pleased to see Iesha working. There were three people in line ahead of me. While like most people I don't like to wait however I observed how Iesha treated the people ahead of me. She was positive, efficient (without being rushed) and she gave a consistent level of excellent service. When it was my turn I was met with a cheerful hello and a smile. I will continue to use the Chaska Post office and hope that I find Iesha there to help me with my Postal needs.”

“This is one big honking Post Office! The drive through is easy, once you get around the frontage roads. There are two rows of boxes to ease traffic, which there is a lot of at this office. Exiting is easier then getting in, but that's all Bloomington regulations so we won't blame the USPS.”

“Just dropped a mail hold card and the clerk at the window said "leaving again?" And took.the card from me and said to have a good time. She knows me by now. I don't know her name but she is sooo nice!”

“Nestled cozily in our town, it's a joy to visit. With ample parking, the post office is a stress-free haven for mail-related missions. The staff deserves a standing ovation for their super-friendly vibes; they greet you like long-lost pals. Need stamps? They'll treat you like royalty, and don't get annoyed as you look at every option :). Want to send a package? It's simple and they are helpful picking the best rate and delivery time. This post office is the heart of Excelsior, where postal efficiency meets small-town warmth. It's not just a post office; it's a smile-inducing community cornerstone.”

“Crazy. All these people leaving angry reviews and don't even realize that their real ire should be directed at the Burnsville PO. Burnsville is awful and responsible for our deliveries (or lack thereof), not Savage.”

“I was in and out on a Thursday afternoon. Not busy at all. The self service boxing system was awesome, very quick. I would bring your own sharpie for the boxes though, the pens aren't great and it's hard to write on cardboard. Took me about 5 minutes! Desk people were helpful and quick.”

“I've only had the occasion to visit a couple of times. The annex is a special place. While they can't do a lot of what your regular post office can (don't come looking for stamps or to ship a package), they CAN handle a lot of the things that your local post office may not be able to. For me, this meant getting some mail that hadn't yet been delivered. For another customer, it meant picking up a package that had been sent without a suite number. While it's a good-sized facility with ample parking (conveniently located within walking distance of my workplace), working directly with customers is only a small part of what they do. If nobody is at the desk when you come in, ring the doorbell on the wall opposite the door. You may need to wait a few minutes, as they've got a whole lot going in, but they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks, USPS!”

“We just moved to town and could not find our mailbox. Miss Connie was extremely helpful every time we had more questions. I am very impressed with how helpful everyone is there. Even our carrier Eileen helped us in getting our mail and parcels. Thank you Shakopee Post Office for helping these newbies learn your ways ?.”

“Had 24 packages to drop off. Rang bell in back, no one came, but Alex pulled up and went above and beyond to help me get to loading dock to drop off my pre-paid packages. Thanks Alex for you help unloading as well!”

“This location can get quite busy; and yet I've always experienced helpful customer service, even if it means I need to wait for my turn. Contrary to another review, I do not find this location to be dirty or unorganized. Thank you, Postal Workers, for how tirelessly you work to deliver mail and provide us with the best service you can. I'm sorry for those who are thankless complainers!”
