I came in with a friend to test drive a Volkswagen. I am not going to lie I wasn’t so sure about this place before I got here. The Lobby was clean and tidy, they offered coffee and soft drinks. The gentleman at the front counter was very polite and responsive to all my questions. They have a wide variety of vehicles here from huge Mercedes Vans to sports cars. All of the vehicles that I saw were professionally detailed. This isn’t one of those shady car dealerships. It has a Great Environment, Attentive Customer Service, and quality cars . They did not pressure us at all to buy anything like an annoying car sales man. Very laid back Environment. I will shop here again.

I had a great experience in buying my car through Original Owner Auto! Jake was great and answered every question I had and made me feel very comfortable in my buying experience. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a vehicle that is used but in excellent condition because it was well cared for by the previous owner(s). Was looking for a Truck. They said they had one available. I asked if I could come see it.
RED FLAG #1- I was told that the brother is driving it and it is not available to see. “Maybe tmre” and when asked if they were selling it, Ryan said yes, we sell all our cars, odd that they are driving it around town.
RED FLAG #2- when I finally got a chance to go see it at the brother’s house everything looked good but brother had left his vape in the Truck.
RED FLAG #3 - go to negotiate the price, it slips out “we did a lot of work on the car, about $4000 in repairs” (not on the Carfax report and not mentioned previously) I asked about it, he then admitted they had done the Head gasket work themselves and a couple valves were “sticky”. Then he was upset that I was frustrated that he hadn’t told me MAJOR WORK had been done on the truck, and it wasn’t done in a way to show up on the Carfax
Sadly I had not seen before hand that this is a normal practice. But thankfully we walked away before a purchase.
