I'm registered as an an OfficeMax rewards member. So at checkout, I handed my $4.09 purchase to the cashier, a really nice young lady. When she asked if I was a rewards member, I said yes. Then she scanned my item, and almost jokingly, I said, "Do I get a reward?" And she said yes, then scanned a barcode at her counter, and knocked 20% off my purchase. It was such a delightful, refreshing act. It cost you guys about 80 cents, but you earned about $10 of good will from this customer. Thank you. I'll be back.

I visited the Eden Prairie MN store and I must say, Akil was extremely friendly and helpful! I even stopped and spoke to the manager to let him know how happy I was with the help received from Akil. Bravo Akil! You nailed it!!!

I found exactly what I was looking for. In addition, we had bought a large box of copy paper, and we asked Blake, the employee who was helping us, if he could help get it into our car. He helped us and was courteous and friendly. Very thankful!
