We were experiencing an odd engine sputter and were able to get the car to Napa. The man who helped us was so kind and knowledgeable. Was able to alleviate most of our concerns and give us some ideas for next steps. We’ll be back when we need parts or more help

My Jeep did not start Saturday morning, AAA suggested I get a new battery.
A friend suggested Eden Prairie Napa.
Brought my Jeep to Napa, Tom did a diagnostic test on the battery which show strong power. Tom suggested I bring my vehicle to a dealer and have them check the auxiliary battery.
HONESTY!!
Tom was not only honest, he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, he pointed me in the right directions to fix the issue!!

I visited around 11 am on Monday October 23rd. I wanted to be specific about the time and date so that there's no doubt or question about the employee I encountered.I walked in and the guy with long hair and big mustache looked mildly annoyed. I asked about purchasing an item and he went and got it...not the best attitude but whatever.After I paid, I remembered that I wanted a second item and walked around the store to look for it. When I couldn't find it and asked him about it...he got seemingly angry that I had the audacity to ask about the item and started to walk towards me very aggressively and actually started yelling at me. "First of all, what kind do you want?!" The worst part is...my 6 year old daughter was with me and she told me after this made her very nervous. He continued to yell a couple more sentences and I decided to take a pass on the second item and just left.I will never visit this store again, and will advise to anybody looking to get auto parts to go to another store. Can't believe this is how they treat a customer in a store...you can find better service elsewhere. I would give this place a zero star if possible.

Tom is great guy! They don’t do bikes! But my bike stalled on my halfway to somewhere, Tom helped me fixed my bike up! lol

I spent more than 15 minutes and there were 2 employees one was on the phone and the other just looking at the computer, nobody tried to help me they just ignored me, the worse place
