I have purchased all of our office furniture at Modern. Sales staff is great and processing is quick and easy. Sarah took my order, explained the delivery process and took payment over the phone. Desk was delivered in timeframe promised and it went together perfectly. Would definitely buy from them again.

I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled after my correspondence with Jennifer and Laura in customer service today. I bought a reception desk which was the perfect size for my optometry office. I was worried that my patients would be leaning too hard on the floating countertop, making it unstable. In an early morning email I asked for an extra chrome support leg and if they had any other suggestions on how to reinforce it. By noon I received numerous emails, they knew exactly what my problem was and how to support the countertop. To my surprise, they were getting ready to send the extra chrome piece, cam locks, and corner brackets with instructions! They even offered to reimburse me for the inconvenience. Their customer service is pretty impressive. I’m very pleased.

Carlos at modern furniture was exceptional. I ordered a reception desk, which was beautiful but had a few defects. I made one phone call to Carlos, and he shipped a brand new one out immediately. It was so amazing for a company to stand by their product. Again, the reception desk was beautiful, stylish and made well. I would highly recommend modern office furniture.

Very impressed this Modern Office Saddle Seat, Y13552. After a week of use I returned back the previous cheaper saddle seat I bought on Amazon.While that seat was cheaper, after using it for about 3 weeks and getting used to it I still could not sit for a long period.The saddle angle was not as steep as it is with Modern Office, it did not have as many levers (2) vs. (3) for adjustment, and I could not adjust the back to tilt forward enough to give me firm support. Most important, the back rest was not adjustable independently of the seat.After hours of research into ergonomic seating, using other sit/ stand stools before finally coming across saddle seats, I am convinced this is the best, the most comfortable, and a great value for the money.

I purchased the workout room flooring and it is awesome. It is nice and heavy and doesn't move around when you walk on it. Sarah was awesome to work with and made pickup/payment super easy.

The table was exactly what I needed and the price for it was good. My order did show up with damage to the top (I believe due to the shipping company) I called and spoke with Jennifer and she handled everything right away and made it right with no hassle. It was so refreshing to deal with someone in customer service who actually wanted to help me and was nice and professional the whole time! She had my replacement order shipped within a day! I would order from them again just based on this customer service experience. But also the furniture is sturdy and well made.
