I first discovered Mister Car Wash in Fort Myers, Florida. The staff there was unbelievably friendly and helpful. I’m back in Eden Prairie for the summer, and the staff here is every bit as good as Fort Myers. There is a young lady named Lena that is unbelievable! She actually dances as she directs you into the car wash. You can tell that she really loves her job! Mister does a great job at hiring quality people.

tried Mister today in Eden Prairie and bought the $26 platinum wash. Disappointed. They hand sprayed then ran me through the wash. what surprised me was the duration of wash from start to finish was about 90 seconds. Very short and it looked like it when it was completed. Did not clean and full of water spots. Vacuums on site for use with paid car wash, were too weak to provide worthwhile suction. Lesson learned.

I've been a member of Mr car wash for several years. And I love the convenience that I can take my car anywhere there's a Mr car wash and let me tell you that I've used their services in several different states. I also love their new Platinum 360° wash! It makes your car look brand new every time you go through it it really puts the shine on it! Do yourself a favor and if you're looking for a great wash on your ride check out Mr car wash the absolute best in town! No question about it this place rocks!

If you have a vehicle that you are willing to risk by taking it through a self automated car wash procedure then I feel you should shut up and take what you get (in response to the other reviews) don't you guys know there are private detailing shops? Mobile detailers and professional buffing services.If you take your vehicle here you are just looking to get the 'mud' washed off. So don't expect anything more; it is like a glorifed gas-station car wash... don't set your expectations too high and you wont have to cry.There are many auto detail services on google and facebook ect...I like that mister car wash has a good amount of locations in the metropolitan area. But i am upset my favorite one stopped serving coffee.It is a good location to eden prairie because it is right across the road from the mall.A lot of places have a drive thru car wash, thats what this is, unlimited is like 25 a month or so and maybe there are places for a couple dollars less but they have air hose vacuums available and some of the locations have works willing to dry your vehicle with a towel for a tip. If you need more things done to your automobile then you treat it poorly and should pay a higher premium to get it corrected at a full detail shop or go get a new paint job if your that hard on your vehicle.

Bad customer service today. I think I might cancel my membership this month to find better place. Don’t ask for Simple favors. Sad cause this place has been my spot for a long time.
