We brought our female dog in for and urgent care visit and they were almost at capacity but the receptionist went back and talked to the doctors and they made room for us. He said he wasn't sure when they would get to us but would let us know as soon as he knew. We went to the seating area and before we knew it we were called in. They were all so friendly and very attentive. We expected to be there for several hours. They had us in and out within 2 hours of our arrival on property!!!! The prices are the lowest I've ever dealt with and if you qualify they have a payment plan to help!!!

Let me tell you how much I "liked" this animal hospital. These reviews are badly worded for experience rating sometimes.
These are pet people people. I am so grateful for this place existing so close to me.
My dear friend cat had a urinary blockage, which required emergent treatment, and overnight hospitalization on a weekend at a DIFFERENT pet clinic. They were awful. Stole my towel. But that's a different review.
I will continue to use MISSION ANIMAL HOSPITAL simply because they are performing great service for our animal friends at affordable rates without being pretentious, which seems prerequisite for this area.

Wait time is hard for their urgent care but understandable. Excellent care for my dogs jump they were able to remove just the cancer and not have to take her toe

This place definitely breed shames! My dog (who has Rottweiler coloring but is in fact a LAB) has been sitting in the lobby bleeding since 7:30 am and our “appointment” was at 9:30 it’s now 12! They keep insisting that they are taking more important cases prior to him. They have taken multiple dogs to get their vaccinations and have left my baby laying on the floor wrapped in bandages. I would never in a million years take my animals here again. If I could give this place negative stars I definitely would. They don’t truly care about your animal’s wellbeing AT ALL!

Mission has taken great care of my own pets and those of several close friends. Their team is stellar, and their costs make them one of the only truly accessible vet care in the area. They offer payment plans and low-income pricing, and they're completely up front with estimates. My only struggle is their scheduling protocols, which are designed to help as many people as possible, but are a little challenging to use, and the timing can get uncertain so it's hard to get care if you can't take a full day off of work.

We need more doctors like you all (yes I noticed all of the doctors on the wall are women) at this hospital. And more animal hospitals like this one. Keep doing what you’re doing. My Italian greyhound Brennan broke his leg this week and you were the only solution for him as other hospitals were not affordable- I don’t have $10k sitting in savings. Thank you everything, the patience, the care, for the payment plan option, and for answering all of my questions post surgery. I pray we never have to come back here with my fur babies but I do plan to come back as a donor and/or volunteer. Thank you ?

Not a current client, but when I inquired about ACL surgery for our baby, they were able to get us in next week. Our current vet could not do the surgery until December 5th. So helpful over the phone and very compassionate. I think we found a new vet for our two dogs.

I am fortunate to have found this animal hospital. They are compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful. They saved my dog’s life & I’m forever grateful for them! I highly recommend them!

We did not actually receive any care here for our dog because we got there too late in the morning. However, they were still extremely helpful in offering other places that could help with our situation and reassured us that our dog would probably be okay, unlike the place we had went to the day before that made it seem like our dogs incision coming slightly undone and a possible surface infection would be life or death. Highly recommend this place, but definitely get there really early on the weekends to guarantee you are seen

Worked with us on price, helped inform us about grants we could get for the final price as well. They took amazing care of our cat and saved his little life. This place was great at putting us at ease and giving us updates as well.
