Fucking terrible. Straight up fucking terrible. They frequently lost packages and when I got in to the store (so much for a fucking delivery service at this point) they are 100% entirely oblivious to any and everything that goes on around them. Fucking terrible.

Just went to ship a package. I grabbed a random box at home not knowing it was a priority box but I was shipping with a parcel label. Not sure of the ladies name I should have gotten it. She was older, grey hair, and a big mole on her left cheek. She stares at me and says "why did you use this box?" in the rudest tone. I said sorry what? and she says "you used a priority box and it's a parcel shipping label." I asked if she could just ship it parcel and ignore the box because I was unaware I couldn't do that. She looks at me and again, in the rudest tone says "you're just not supposed to do that but whatever I'll ship it." I looked at her and said "try to be a little kinder next time because it's not that hard." I understand she may have been having a bad day and I truly never really write reviews but I don't remember the last time I have had such a rude encounter. Hope this lady chooses kindness next time. - a 19 year old kind person :)

Ever since moving to EP my mail has been a mess. I've been into this location twice and brought this up because I believe action should be taken or this should at least be looked into. I cannot be the only person with problems considering how often I have issues. Between my sent packages not getting scanned when they were picked up - then going missing, having paid extra for expedited packages from my family be held for whatever reason (every package that has been held has been too big for my mailbox so I think my mail woman does NOT like getting out of her car) AND receiving mail for other addresses that I've been having to track down and deliver I've just had it. The second time I went in I came with another piece of mail that wasn't mine. The gentleman told me he couldn't do anything, handed me back the mail that I said wasn't mine and told me to call or wait for the supervisor and give the mail to him. The supervisor came out eventually and helped someone else and then just left me there waiting... the other gentleman working did tell me he knew I was there so I waited around until I had to leave for another appointment because I figured talking to someone in person is my best bet... Just a complete bummer I have a horrible mail person on my route and can't do anything about it - guess that's just USPS for ya!

Although it is always very busy when I go there, I have found the people working there to be very efficient, professional, and friendly. Checking busy times online is helpful -also self check mailing in the lobby is great if you don't have time to wait in line.

Lost a very important package. Online tracking states for me to pick up at the post office, I go in and they can't find it. I was told that they'd look and cal me the following day. I never received a call. I called the day and was put on hold. I sat on hold for 15 min then finally hung uP and called back. I let them know I'd been sitting on hold for 15 min and the person told me, "I doubt that." I explained that actually it was thanks to iPhones having the amount of time your on. He said he'd go look then hung up. I called back to see if then possibly needed my number?? I gave it to them. I received a call a bit later and they said, "Yeah, we've lost that package. The place that sent it will have to file a claim." Very UNHELPFUL staff. Rude actually.

I came in over lunch break and I was served right away. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he was very helpful! This post office is big and easy to navigate.

If you want to watch a free performance come here it's like the DMV but slower with more drama. Workers should mind their own business, not make personal comments to patrons.

It is very unfortunate that we need to use services through them. Some of the staff are nice, but the supervisors are extremely rude and unprofessional. They know they can get away with being rude so they act like trash.
