The owner of this business needs to get control over his tow truck drivers. There is absolutely no reason for a tow truck to be driving aggressively and tailgating in traffic, speeding 90mph down the 169. They're going to someone injured or killed. It always seems to be this particular company that has dangerous operators driving in and around Chaska and Shakopee.

My friend was standing in the parking lot, and the tow truck driver was offering not to tow his car if he paid $100 in cash. My friend offered to send the money through Venmo or any other payment app, but the driver insisted on cash and seemed very agitated, almost like he was on something. He only wanted cash and quickly drove off with the car. It felt like a car theft.
By the way, the car was taken from right outside my friend’s place. The issue happened because he hadn’t put up the sticker showing he lives there, and the apartment management didn’t bother to check the license plate against the resident list.
We ended up just following the tow truck to pay $400 by check. This whole situation was inhumane. The people working there have incredibly negative karma.

My daughter's vehicle broke down in a busy turn lane. Tyler came quickly, efficiently picked up her vehicle and towed it to safety so she could make a plan. She hired him to drive the vehicle to my house and was so kind and helpful in a stressful situation

I’ve never had a worse experience with a tow company, if I could give negative stars I would. Terri in dispatch is very rude and hung up on me twice for absolutely no reason. Aside from that during my tow for a flat tire, hookup was done incorrectly and as a result ended up bending the tie rod of my vehicle. When I notified the company they put the blame on the tire shop I had it brought to and stated they weren’t responsible for the damage. When talking to them throughout this process everyone has been snippy and couldn’t care less about the situation. The next time I’m in a bind I will not be calling them.

My car died on the freeway in morning traffic. I was fortunate to be able to get on the shoulder right between a blocked off construction zone and an exit. I called Matt’s towing and they were there in less than 10 minutes. They were able to tow me out of the pretty dangerous spot and, after bringing my car to the yard, gave me a ride to work. They are a great business, reasonably priced, and will do anything for their customers. I’d highly recommend them the next time you need a tow! Thanks Matt’s Towing!

Call the office. Girl on the phone was Rude! Gave them location, phone number. She said Ok and hang up. So I waited for an hour. Called back no answer. After one hour and a half THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I called another company. They sent someone there in 20 minutes. So I strongly don’t recommend to call Matt’s Auto Service for any services.

Gotten tows from them 2 times and they were fast and efficient both times! Drivers are super nice and the office staff are super friendly.

Charlie towed my vehicle after an accident. He even brought me home after free of charge. I'd give that guy 10 out of 5 stars if I could.
