I have brought my puppies to Hounddog for years and have nothing to say, but that they are excellent. My dogs feel that they are love there and they are so happy to go and see their friends at Hounddog. It makes my dropping them off all the more easy. the staff that I have met and interacted with have been excellent highly recommend this place.

I LOVE the Hound Dog Pet Hotel!!! I have been coming here for over three years. Elizabeth and her amazing staff(Laurel, Nadia, Logan, Kyle, just to name a few) are simply the best. I know my pup is well taken care of and I love how tired she is when she gets home. I recommend them wholeheartedly. I won't take her anywhere else!

We love Hound dog hotel!! They are interactive with the dogs and understand that dogs need time outside, even on colder days. Has been a great experience!! Our dog loves to go!!

Terrific. They are very detailed, gentle and loving towards all the "hounds". When I visited for information I saw so many happy dogs greeting their parents who arrived for pick-up, each appearing as if they'd had one of the best days of their lives! Seemed to me that the dogs appeared super happy, comfortable with the handlers, and exuberant even after a long day at daycare!The front staff is also professional, caring and kind to the humans! My puppy stayed a few hours and returned to Mommy in noticable good spirits! Highly recommend! I definitely will be a regular! Although I don't have details about their selection process, I'm confident of their knowledge and care. The system works! I'M A FAN!

Check in and pick up were quick and easy. My dog seemed completely comfortable the entire time and seemed to have had a great time. The feedback was appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Exceptional day care and boarding facility! My small dog loves going to Hound Dog Hotel and I'm always impressed by the level of care they provide. We have been regular customers since my dog was a puppy and I highly recommend them. The staff is so caring and wonderful to work with!

My golden retriever was given the best deshedding bath at Houndog Hotel. Rachel did a marvelous job trimming and feathering her. My dog was perfect! Soft and smelling great, and her paws and nails were neatly trimmed. Definitely going back.

Dash had a great time during his week stay. I especially liked that each day had multiple group play sessions alternated with chill time in his kennel. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. Will definitely board Dash at Hound Dog again!!

Our dog, Scout has been going to Hound Dog Hotel East for a number of years. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. Scout loves the one-on-one attention and care he receives while staying there. We highly recommend them!!!

Oh just the best experience I could ever ask for! My sweet Belle tells me all the time! Just the best environment and professionals! Makes me think one day when she’s allowed to be home like her big brothers, how I would still love to still bring her here. Hound Dog Hotel Eden Prairie is a blessing for your furry loved ones when it comes to daycare, boarding, and grooming services! Nothing but love. So grateful and thankful for them!

Very disappointed in the "take over" by Destination Pet in Colorado! After 11 years bringing our 2 dogs there, we will no longer be customers! What used to be a great pet and customer friendly place is now a cold, corporate environment with noticeably increased prices! The front desk staff is ill informed about services, kept blaming the computer , and confused on prices. The so-called "manager", Elizabeth, is even worse! Very inept and inarticulate! And, she really doesn't like "questions"! Yet, as a customer, I have a right to ask questions. No wonder that many "old guard employees" have left......just like we're doing! Bad News/ We're Done!!

We love this kennel and so does our dog. He's always happy when we pick him up and never stressed. Quite frankly I think he'd rather live over there than at home with us. Prices are reasonable, the staff is great and it's just a really nice facility. They let him out about 5 to 6 times a day and that's so good for our husky. Thanks so much Hound hotel. See you next time.

Our Beagle has always loved Hound Dog Pet Hotel. How do I know this? He whines as soon as we enter the driveway for drop-off and he is happy and full of energy when I pick him up. Front desk is prompt and helpful. Prices for daycare and grooming are very reasonable.

Our mini schnauzer loves to go to Hound Dog East for extended stays when we travel. When he sees his go bag, he can hardly contain his excitement!!
