I couldn't be happier with the service and good work done by Jim and Colin at Hagen Automotive. I have been taking our cars there for three years. These guys are good and honest. They have given me good advice even if it didn't result in more business for them. One time, Colin fixed the glove compartment of my car in the parking lot as I was leaving and didn't even charge for it. They have my highest recommendation.

I was really happy with the customer service I was provided. I called this morning and spoke to Collin about getting an estimate to fix something very specific for my 2010 c300. He took the time and effort to see if he was able to do the work for me at a lower cost than what the dealership was quoting me. Unfortunately, the issue requires an expensive car part and somewhat specialized/complex programming, so it's more worth it for everyone if I just get it done at the dealership. Still, I was very impressed by the time and effort he took to see if he could fix it. I really, really appreciated that. On top of that, he gave me an honest and detailed explanation. I plan to service with Hagen automotive in the future.

I've know Jim for over 20 years. I've taken every car I'd owned to him until I moved out of state. I always appreciated the honesty and quality work but never knew how good I had it. It's pretty much impossible to find these qualities in a mechanic where I am or probably anywhere. I miss you Jim, keep on keepin on.

A+++++ service with Jim and his team! Front desk admin is a doll and super sweet. Jim went above and beyond to help identify areas of concern and squeeze me in last minute with no prior appointment so I could get my tires install before the blizzard blowing in this week.
Please they have a cozy set up area for working on site while you wait and comfy seating area with tv set up for clients.
I defin recommend his shop and will be coming here for all my service needs!! Thank you Hagen automotive team and Jim!

Made an appointment for an oil change a couple weeks prior. Volvo recommends a certain brand oil. The gentleman said they don’t carry that brand but I can supply it. I was charged the same price as the last time when they supplied the oil. I didn’t make a fuss and just paid the invoice today. The mechanic I communicated with today was not interested in providing a pleasant customer experience. I mentioned that the front suspension was making noise. He said he couldn’t hear anything when he drove it. 100 out of 100 mechanics would hear this obnoxious sound and I was looking for a diagnosis so they could repair it at a later date. Feels like my whole experience today was an episode of Punk’d. That mechanic wanted no part in having a discussion. It was like I was bothering him. The suspension issue exists and will need to go elsewhere. Be kind and communicate clearly if your company is based on serving customers. Car maintenance is not fun and don’t make the experience worse.

Highly recommed taking your car to Jim & Colin. Honest service you can trust! Took my car in for a repair and oil change I thought would cost $250-$300. Colin took the time to diagnose the problem and shared an alternate solution. The thorough review and assessment + the oil change came to $83.80. While I'll need more service on my 12 year old Ford Explorer in the future, I'll have 100% confidence bringing my vehicle back to Hagen Automotive. Clear communication, quality service and fair prices. THANK YOU!

I work just down the street from Hagen and recently decided to bring in one of my cars for some much needed repairs. Collin and Zach at Hagen were earnest and fair in their assessments of what the car needed and even advised me to hold off on changing a rear valve cover since it wasn’t leaking. Pricing was affordable and service was quick. I would definitely consider them next time I need car repairs.
