I went in for a very specific style to make my post-ope seld feel better, and I've never felt more welcomed. Christina was so friendly and understanding. She knew exactly what items Id love and would fit my specific needs after just talking with me a short time. It was like having a personal stylist. She even pushed new styles that were out of my comfort zone that were just gorgeous and worked well to my body. I HATE SHOPPING, but she made it super fun. BTW my husband LOVED that green dress! ♡ 10/10 Loved stopping in.Thank you Christina!! -MB

Last month, I was shopping at Eden Prairie Center and this Francesca's caught my attention. There was a sign that said that it was having a sale. I like a good sale.I walked in to check it out. It's funny that I never noticed this store when I was last at this mall three years ago. Francesca's is a cool store. I can often find gifts for friends or cool items for myself. I enjoyed finding a strawberry tumbler at a Francesca's in Nashville. I was hoping for a similar cool find.I found mini hair clips. A change felt needed. I either let my hair down or I pull it up in a short ponytail these days. These clips came in various patterns, and in bundles or three or four. They were going for 50% off the regular price. I found a four-pack that I liked and got them.I tend to get accessories at this store. I have yet to get clothing. Weird.I went to pay for my hair clips. Christina cashed me out. She introduced me to franREWARDS, which is the store's new rewards program. I signed up and it was easy. You simply let staff know what your phone number associated with the account is and you earn points with every purchase. You get discounts as you go.I paid for my clips with a credit card. All went well. I got a little bag for my hair clips.It was such a smooth transaction. I thanked the woman and happily left with my goods.I'd return when I'm back at this mall. (431)

Wow. Um.... love that the employees weren’t wearing masks. ? if you can’t tell I’m being sarcastic. It’s appealing to see, I won’t be coming back to this location. When I left the employee gave me a knowing smirk, proud of her no mask choice. Do better Francesca’s.

Went to EP mall today and francescas for the first time. The lady was super super sweet and i always have hard time finding dresses because i am petite but finally now i know what store i can go and finally find some beautiful dresses of my size!! Will visit again soon !

My mom and I went into the store today. I was looking for some cute little stocking stuffers. We walk in the lady at the counter looks me in my face and says nothing. No welcome in or how are you ladies today. Walk around for a few minutes still nothing. We walked right out. And once again the lady at the counter said nothing. Went back to her conversation on the phone. We were the only two people in the store. Just bad customer service all the way around. Missed out on business because of her bad customer service.

Very good stylish boutique! A good place to go for prom or Homecoming dress shopping and they have a lot of different accessories.
