“FANTABULOUS PHONE EXPERIENCE!!!!! I just ordered flowers for my mother's 98th birthday. Frank was so considerate and thoughtful and caring. When I told him she was in Memory Care he said he would make the arrangement very fragrant because he had read that fragrance is a very powerful mental stimulant and would bring her pleasure. Then he asked if the number I had given him was a cell phone. When I said, "Yes", he said he would text me a picture of the arrangement. Wasn't that just exquisite of him to offer?!?!?!? When arranging for a delivery date, Frank said their pricing structure doesn't include add-ons like "expedited delivery charge", and I could have it delivered today if I liked. I grew up in Minnesota, but now live out of state. I had always just called that "purple" florist that starts with a "B" because I was familiar with them. NEVER again. “This store has improved much in the last year(s). Customer service still very slow sometimes. Forgot my card once and took 20+min to get a temp card. 25+ year Sam's club member. Used to have business account, which Sam's no longer offers. Big negative. Still have CostCo business account. Like tire dept. Have bought tires at Sam's for many vehicles, for many years. Tire dept is my primary reason for keeping a membership.”
