Car wash shut on the car while pulling in. My little kids were scared the car wash was going to crush them. Employee said the car wash door has been having issues. If it is a known issue, the car wash should be shut down until fixed. Employee was nice but had no idea what to do other than call manager on Monday.

They will charge you for a car wash with no indication that the car wash is closed. Do not buy a car wash here unless you’re certain that they have the car wash open. Really inconvenient, now I have to find a way to get a refund.
