Don't waste your time going into this place to buy cigars. I've been going in there this past week especially the last 3 days I've bought the same cigar and I went in there today to buy this cigar and the price on the last three that they had their went up by a $1.75 and when I questioned the clerk about this he says well we got a price increase and I asked him how can you price an existing stock of cigars that you've already had that I've been paying less for? I can see possibly if the price went up on a new box or two of the same cigar but not for something that's already been in stock but I also noticed that on several other cigars brands that they're much higher than other stores in town. Also I've been smoking Padrons for many many years and I bought the Padron 7000 series I bought five of them and I would have sworn that they were counterfeit they didn't smoke like the same cigar that I had bought at other stores around the country.

Avoid this place, there are much better options nearby like eden tobacco and vape or nean tobacco. I bought a bottle of juice & when I got home and opened it up the juice was brown & clearly oxidized. I had opened the bottle to make sure it had actually gone sour on the off chance the flavor was meant to be darker in color as I was trying a new flavor, but I was greeted with the pungent smell & flavor of juice that was much too old. I returned to the store to discuss an exchange as the juice had gone sour sitting on their shelf for so long, but the employee refused to do provide me with a new bottle on the grounds that I had opened it. I requested to speak to a manager or the owner, but the employee claimed to have no way of contacting them. All in all save yourself the headache & don't shop here.

More often than not I'll go here and the lights are on, OPEN sign is bright as can be. But the door is locked and no one answers the phone. Twice between 11 and 1pm I've wasted time going to this store while it's open but closed apparently. Kind of ridiculous to not be operating... During hours of operation. I'm writing this because I'm sitting in front of the store now where this is the case

Purchased an Elfbar here today. As per usual, when purchasing a vape, I remained in the store to test the item. It had little to no flavor, and the clerk absolutely refused to replace the faulty vape. I will not be returning to this store, as they do not care about customer satisfaction.

I frequently shop at this place and I always get the same items. EACH TIME I HAVE GONE THE LAST 3X MY TOTAL HAS BEEN DIFFERENT. They gave me some odd excuse as to why each time. I won’t be going back ever again.

While it didnt show up as a vape shop when googled, they definitely have a wide range of products. The sales associate was very helpful and friendly. I had a good idea what i wanted going in but the selection was broad enough to make me double guess myself! Classic tobacco shop, complete with incense and other products of that nature.

Baaaaaaad service! ...... I hope that was the owner working, because he lost my buisiness at this place.... .. . Will NOT return!! . . However the place by the mall had great service! I could even see the smile under/through the mask.... funny how the owner doesn't answer any of the negative reviews below but all of the positive ones... not even a "I am sorry you had a bad experience at my store"..... not one.
