Pretty solid quality stuff, got a few crystals for my mother and she loved em, also got a decent box for my own spiritual stuff and it's not bad either, friendly workers brought it from 4 stars to 5 however, overall pretty good

Most annoying women on the planet work at this store. Always super loud, obnoxious and treat their job like a girls night out where they stand by the register and talk at their loudest voices possible in order that you can hear every word of their idiotic conversation no matter where you are in the store. You will not be able to focus on shopping and looking for goods to buy because these immature girls won’t let you do that, instead they choose to distract you with every fiber of their being. They only hire die hard man hating feminists to work there as well, so if you are a man and you enter the store, expect to be treated with hostile and judgmental vibes when you checkout. The employees here really are the lowest form of customer service imaginable.

I love the vibes and super nice employees. However, I would like to address an issue regarding one of their products, and that would be their Crystal Infused Soy Wax Candles. I love the smell and the colorful crystals, but I am not happy with it only having one wick. It doesn't last long, which makes the whole thing going to waste because there is so much wax left behind. I really think that a huge candle like that should have 3 wicks.If there is someone that associated with this company reading this review, I (and probably others who love this candle as well!) would appreciate it if this would be taken into consideration, because these kind of products are expensive and I hate to see other people's money go down the drain after just a couple of weeks.

This store is so refreshing to me, it feels so relaxing and welcoming. the staff is great they are warm and kind.

The employee not sure if it was Audrey or Aubrey but super nice and helpful at check out along with some of the other employees. Also the clearance was tons of fun of bunch of the crystals were on sale at the time of purchase.

This store has an excellent selection and very helpful staff. The store is always neat and tidy, which makes shopping easy and accessible. And if I need help finding something special, the staff there are always willing to help.

Was just there with my black friend. She was racially profiled by one of the employees. We were followed around the store. Glared at. And the employees were whispering about us. They accused her of stealing. When I went up the employee who followed us and told her that what she was doing was inappropriate and racist the employee said “oh god” and rolled her eyes. Not only a bad experience but a racist one. It’s 2022 and we can do better.
