Only place I’ll ever go for tires. Ordered online and made an appointment and they called me the next day and said I could come in whenever I wanted. Showed up and greeted me as soon as I got out of my truck in the parking lot. Every time I’ve come to this store the service is excellent! I rarely post reviews but I absolutely had to for this. Pretty telling when my trusted mechanic also said no one can compete with here and recommended them as well.

Called up to Discount Tires and talked with Brian he said come on down and we can see whats going on. I went in there to get a patch but i was unable to do that and Brian told me 1 tire would of been 210 and he worked out a deal where i could get 4 tires for 428. Very fast service and i felt like they cared and listened to my concerns. Highly recommend this Tire Shop .

This Discount Tire location has built a great team. They are friendly and professional. I appreciate that I can shop online and set appointments online.
They have also fixed multiple flats for us -- due to repairable punctures we had in tires.

i came here for an emergency a couple days ago with tires i could no longer drive on, said i didn’t care how long it took as long as it was done by tuesday and they had me in and out within an hour and a half with zero judgement or frustration. thank you to ashley and jake and the maintenance techs that were able to save me for my trip back to iowa tuesday. im moving to the area so i will definitely have my tires serviced here from now on.

TL;DR = Fast, humble, and knowledgeable service at a reasonable price. For 20+ years, I’ve always gotten my tires from my friend who began cutting me good deals in high school. Now, as I prep the new Jeep for its first Rock Crawling excursion, I find that - no matter what - I need to upgrade the tires load capacity in case a single tire needs to bear the weight of the whole vehicle. As it turns out, the trails I picked also require a 35” tire. My tire guy told me that I ‘need’ a larger rim (wheel) because he warranties his work, and he can’t warranty a 35” on stock rims. So, I hit the Jeep forums and found one particular 35” tire that shops will put on. Since my tire guy couldn’t get it for a reasonable price (probably because he still didn’t want to warranty it) I had my first experience at Discount Tire in Eden Prairie. I just happened to see it as I was driving and decided to stop in. Ashley was a wonderful person to work with, and her light nature and humbleness in admitting that - even with notable experience - wheels for rock crawling is not in her knowledge base. So, she handed me off to Louis who was already rushing pretty quickly because he was actually helping in the shop that day. Louis almost instantly switched mental gears. It was awesome! He was totally in another world and behind schedule, but he went from 60-to-zero, and gave me all the time I needed to feel like the most important person in the moment. With his help, I bought some fantastic tires that fit my current rims AND are 35”. But there’s more! They could’ve made an appointment for the tires in 2 days, but my schedule dictated we make it 3 days. I left happy and a couple hours later, they called to say they were able to get my tires shipped in ‘same day’ and - again - I wasn’t able to get the time as fast as they were available, so I decided to keep my 3 day appointment. The next day, I found myself with about an hour, called ahead to see if that hour would work, and they got me in and out in 35 minutes. Happy as a clam!
