They have some of the worst customer service! They mess up by filling the wrong prescriptions, and can’t provide any information about when/if the correct ones will be ready!

They are understaffed, like everywhere, i have several medicines and my meds are never compete at the same time, so I need to keep going back, I'll do it but it's frustrating!

Miriam is always incredibly friendly and helpful. She is the reason we keep coming back. She's always very kind to us. Whenever she's not there when we pick up our meds, we're bummed as we miss out on a friendly interaction with a wonderful person.

The lady who answered the pharmacy phone was extremely rude and hung up on me when I was trying to ask a question. She should be fired. I hope she doesn’t treat everyone like that!

Denied flu shot citing my insurance did not go through and the pharmacist asked me to come the next day. Only last night, my wife and son got their flu shot in a Walgreens through my medical insurance (that is with family coverage type). Could they have done better instead of asking a customer to come another day?

It's Friday, 4:00 pm. On Wednesday morning by 9 am, my doctor called in an Rx for an antibiotic for my abcessed tooth. I was promised it would be delivered by this afternoon, early. Nope. Again this pharmacy blew me off. Called the pharmacy and was told that my credit card info is in their safe that he cannot get into, so he cannot have it delivered. I'd said I'd give him my VISA number again to him on the phone. Too late--delivery guy left 2 hours earlier. Each time I need an Rx, I've had to follow up with 2-4 more calls. What a pain. Badly managed pharmacy.

Horrendously overpriced compared to other pharmacies in the area, and the pharmacist acted like she was doing me a favor by using a coupon code I had found on a routine, cheaply produced, antibiotic.
If you don't have insurance go elsewhere, you will be overcharged here.
That being said, they were at least accurate to the time I was quoted to fill the prescription, and the pharmacy technician was friendly and helpful.
