Two guys work in the shop. They work well together. They took the time to understand my issues and need and worked as expeditiously as they could. I highly recommend the Eden Prairie shop. The guys are very willing to help. Unlike some others out there.

I stopped into this location on July 9th to see what the cost would be to fix the glass on my phone. I was informed that they would need to order the part for this but it would be in the next day and they would reach out to book an appointment to fix. I called on that Friday when I hadn’t heard from them and was told they were backed up and I would hear from them early the next week to schedule. I waited around 3 weeks without contact before I went back into the store Aug. 5th. When I walked in they knew of the repair and said it would be an overnight thing to work on so I left my phone as I wouldn’t need it Tuesday for my day off of work. I was told it would be ready by 5pm Tuesday and they would reach out for pickup. I reached out at 4:30pm to see if it was ready and was told they originally ordered the wrong part and they needed to overnight the correct one. I was told to leave it overnight again because it was tore apart and it would for sure be done Wednesday by 5pm. I called at 3:30 to no answer and drove over around 4pm. There were 3 of us in line and the guy didn’t come from the back room for 5+ minutes. I finally got my phone back but the whole process to get there was atrocious from start to finish. I would definitely not recommend this place nor would I go here in the future.

These guys are awesome. I came to them with an awkward situation with a repair that didnt work out done by another location, in another state, by a different franchise. Eden Prairie location fixed it on their own dime, and I'm so grateful to them for it. Handled very professionally, and I hope for awesome success to you all!

I highly recommend CPR. They were very friendly and helpful. They quickly recovered my daughter’s data on an iPhone 13 that fell from her pocket while on a roller coaster. Not sure how they managed but they were able to recover all her data which was full of cherished memories and her writings. I have a very happy girl again after many tears. Thanks a million!!! If I ever need data recovery again you will be my first call.

The experience was so good that I am filling out this review right here in the parking lot. Couldn’t wait to give them 5 stars. Brought my cell phone in for a broken charger tip that got stuck in the charging port. I tried many times to get it out at home, looked at YouTube videos and whatnot but it was stuck in there. He got it out in five minutes and refused to accept any payment for it. Super nice and rare to get such good service these days. I’m definitely coming back here next time I need anything for my devices. Thanks!!
