Really awkward experience and there is no good way to complain without looking cheap or petty. Basically had my info harvested for nothing. If you say, "we didn't buy anything," and the customer doesn't ask, "why?," move on with the day. I'm obviously there helping out, these aren't my clothes, the reasons given become more insulting when the clothes barely look picked over. With the smell of these places, if you aren't selling name-brand previous season items, you're just swapping privacy for a potential yeast infection.

Great Location! Immediately walking in (as a shopper or consigner) The employees are friendly and very welcoming, leaving absolutely no confusion on the consignment process. The store is neatly & nicely stocked with the perfect amount of high quality merchandise and very well displayed. If you're looking for quality over quantity this is definitely a great choice! Highly suggest shopping and consigning at this Clothes Mentor location.

Small and organized store, but I feel like they could be a little more selective with what they buy. Lots of SHEIN, Target, Old Navy etc. at prices that aren’t even a good deal, especially for used clothing. That being said, I’ve found some great items here! Must be willing to sort through the packed racks to find the good stuff.

Store inaccessible by those with asthma due to a constant spray of air freshner. Its so bad you smell like it the rest of the day or until you get home and change your clothes

Selling hours are not listed on the website - so save yourself wasted effort and call in advance before making the drive in.

They’re cheap when it comes to buying and paying out people for their gentle used brand name items. I’ll never bring any of gently used or used items here again.

I have had the best luck at this Clothes Mentor location. The workers do a great job and give advice when needed and they help find things too. I really love and appreciate this place. Keep up the great work!

I had such great service with this store when I saw an item online and I was trying to figure out if it would work best for me to pick it up or have it shipped. They answered their phone promptly, the staff member was really kind and helpful, and all my questions were answered. It was much appreciated, and I felt the customer service given was way above my expectations.

Every time I come I feel Not welcomed, there’s little no communication and staff seems upset and I’ve heard them make rude comments after someone dropping off items. Made me uncomfortable so I left.

To high priced. All these used clothing stores have gotten donations which are free mark up everything. 50.00 for used shoes are you kidding me
