After reading reviews about Claire's, I was a little apprehensive about making an appointment to re-pierce my ears. My experience was awesome. Maddie was amazing. She explained the process very carefully and did the piercing. I am so happy to be wearing earrings again. Thank you Maddie.

We arrived at the store for our scheduled ear piercing but the store was closed. Store opened two hours late. Apparently the store manager didn't show up. I felt bad for the girl opening the store, she handled everything well and prioritized my daughter due to being late for her ear piercing.

The lady (I keep forgetting her name) did a wonderful job piercing, and caused us to become monthly return customers which led to me buying more things while in the store. Great job, she deserves a raise!
