I recently had an extraordinary experience at a banking institution that I would like to share. Even though I didn't have an appointment, the staff promptly attended to me and assisted me me. Despite not having all the necessary documents, they made arrangements for me to come back in the future. On my second visit, the employees were incredibly warm and polite. Alicia took the time to provide detailed explanations for all my questions and addressed any doubts or concerns I had. To make it even better, the manager personally greeted me and ensured that my entire banking experience was pleasant and satisfying. Thanks to this interaction, I left feeling completely at ease and content with my overall encounter at the bank.

Do not set an investment account up with CHASE. Worst time trying to do this. Its taken 8 weeks and nothing is done. Requested a investment banker but had to do everything on line. Go some place else.

Great Bank. I've been a customer for years and so exited that they have Minnesota branches. The folks that work here are professional and welcoming. It's great to have it next to Starbucks! Coffee and banking.

This place is joke and their staff need better training how to do proper transection. I did wrote a check a contract and they denied him and the taller keep saying we can’t cash it out the check.. DON’t GO HERE!!!
