Not even a location. My girlfriend went their to ask a question… however this an apartment building not a business. so whoever put that on there put in the wrong address. Wouldn’t recommend it don’t be fooled by it.

Terrible customer service. Good luck getting someone live. It’s all text chatting. We have 4 homes in a row without internet connection. Obviously something is wrong with the line outside. However, they won’t expedite it. We have to wait a week for a technician.

Called as I had no internet. Finally they said they would transfer me to a department as I qualified for a new modem as the one I had was no longer made. Samad was to help me. Said he reviewed the previous conversation and wanted my full name and last 4 of my social. Gave him the info and that was the last I heard
