What once was a phenomenal shipping carrier has quickly changed to being one of the worst for unknown reasons. After multiple attempts trying to schedule a pick-up and being on hold for 30+ minutes each time, we finally got our BOL. Sadly the driver never showed up for four days straight.. We contacted C.H. Robinson customer service every day and was told the driver would arrive that day. After four days, we went with another carrier.

CH Robinson keeps deleting my post on Social Media I was told to stop working with them, if I do not want to work with the assigned rep. I called carrier services numerous times .... but they are not helpful at all . Working with them for 10 years and been treated this way is unacceptable. Thank you CH Robinson . I can clearly see now, how your company value relationships . Your words means nothing. Keep allowing your employees to treat carriers this way . One day they will have to do the hard work (became drivers for your company) Please do not delete my post

Pickup load on 3/12 in GA for 3/16 8am Pittsburgh,PA delivery. Broker never informed of new delivery date was changed to 3/18. Loss revenue 4k. Never again with Cheap and Heavy.

their dispatcher curse at carriers when carriers ask the rate. They are very cheap at language and rate. Stay away from them
