June 23rd at 4:50 pm. One of your employees helped a customer with an over heating engine. Was very impressed with his kindness and helpfulness towards a stranger. It was really nice to see and hope he gets some management recognition :)

I got to use my receipt from a different BP here because the young man on duty* assured me that “customer satisfaction was key.” I gave my receipt for reimbursement but again, this courteous employee requested I “pay it forward.” I will—and I will return to this station in the future! *10/13/21 @ 3:45 pm
