This place only gets what it is given. If I could rate a staff member 5 it would be John. Ken doesn't care about the customer and will reluctantly mention deals behind the bar. I've sat here a few times for multiple hours and have not been kicked a free drink after paying outrageous prices with a great tip. Overall it's sad to see they are only about your money in the short term, it seems like they don't care if you come back. It's robbery and as such it doesn't surprise me. Would not recommend, if you decide to come through, make sure you ask for specials, because they won't tell you.

My date & myself had a wonderful time playing pool, enjoyable drinks, and appetizers,Yum. Wonderful, cheerful staff, I would recommend Bowlero to all my Friends.

The customer service provided here is very personable and thorough. I paid quite a bit more to bowl here than the alleys I frequent further outside the cities, but I will be back because I know I will be taken care of by Gustavo.

They told us they didn’t have pictures of pop/soda but they do. Overly expensive if I’m being honest. Will not be coming back and will be getting my money back.

Just not worth the money and signs are not clear about pricing signs say “$5.99 per game” but when you go up there they say pricing is adjusted for time but not adjusted on the screen.
They also don’t mention that it’s per person per game. For 4 people to bowl one game with no drinks or food is 70 dollars.
