I asked for assistance in buying a new fitness band. I was told someone would be with me shortly. After a 15-minute wait, I went and asked again. I was told they would radio someone over to me right away. After another 10 minute wait when no one showed up I decided I would just leave. Nowhere near quality service.

Called costumer service to see about my ps5 controller not working . The girl on the phone claimed that u could go Instore and they would replace it that all I needed was my recipct. Got down there and all the people I spoke to didn’t know or claimed they don’t do it that I had to send it to the manufacture. NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST MADE ME WASTE MY TIME IN GOING INSTORE

I rarely give out 5 stars, but almost did here. The day that I was there I was having a very difficult time walking, it was painful, so I grabbed the wheelchair, not motorized cart, wheelchair. you shop for a much different perspective in a wheelchair, but they were more than accommodating, and very helpful.

Ordered an open box TV. Picked it up and it doesn't have the feet/stand or a remote. For my setup this makes it unusable for the time being.
I have to buy these separately which takes several days to arrive. It negates the discount I got for buying open box (around $60 on $500). Returning it is very inconvenient and the parts are about $40.
Keep in mind that when you buy open box on their website they will tell you the condition: fair, good or excellent. But they will not tell you what specifically is missing if anything from the product. For some reason.
