My move went as smooth as can be. The team was extremely responsive and proactive to make sure that things were lined up and going well. Moving is stressful no matter what, but it helped knowing that Barrett were doing their part as professionals.

I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service representative in my life. An associate by the name of Veronica fielded my call, as she proceeded to mock my intelligence for not knowing how the booking process worked. She repeatedly interrupted my questions and hung up on me twice, before I could attempt to schedule moving assistance three weeks from the time of my call. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I would not recommend Barrett to anyone.
