I can't say enough good things about Chip Groth. Sadly Callaway had issues with phones and emails for several days and this was pushing out ship date out. Our customer needed the items for, and event and Chip stepped up and reached out to Callaway and got these to ship on time for the event. Thank you for all you did to make this a success. Look forward to working with you again.

I had the worst experience with Chip Groth my sales person. He clearly did not care about my order, didn't even want to hear about what my issue was, in a very condescending way. It was obvious that he was going to go thru the motions and I was not going to get any help from him. I'll take my business elseware thanks to him. If that is your idea of a salesman I don't think your going to last very long.

Terrible service this time around. We have been a customer for years but this time they have dropped the ball. Ordered a product for my customer, they produced the order incorrectly. I have been trying to contact them for a week via email, phone, their website and Distributor Central. No answer, no resolution. I guess we're stuck with the wrong product and will have to eat the cost to fix it for our customer ourselves. Will be finding a new supplier next time.
