My husband and I came in to look at laundry machines. The sales associate Steve was so incredibly helpful and kind. We ended up buying elsewhere simply because we wanted a different brand, but Steve made the shopping experience great. We will definitely consider the outlet for future purchases.

Great experience getting a full set of appliances for a house I was selling in 2022. I'm back in the store today to order another full set of appliances and front load laundry for another house.If you've been around a while you may remember a discount appliance warehouse with 5-6 locations in the twin cities. They've been gone for some years. This store has replaced that chain for me.They have enough variety and options for whatever your needs are. You can get high end stuff or more budget friendly stuff (for rentals or whatever.)Also there are often some minor cosmetically blemished units where you can save extra money if you want.I also like being able to deal directly with Erik the owner. He knows everything he has and what he's likely to have in the near future. They can do delivery and install or you can pick up. If you get delivery they take away the old appliances for free.Anyway glad this store is here. I was bummed that other place disappeared but this is just as good (or better) as that was. Come in and see what he has, he's most likely got something to fit your space and your needs. Good luck!

We purchased a refrigerator. They had exactly what we needed, new stock in the crate.. 4 months later, it started to act up.( temp wavered up and down and did not stay cold enough) They sent their own technician out twice to try and help when the GE service was booked extremely far out to help. The Tech. replaced parts twice and it still didn't work correctly. Finally we got a factory service rep from GE, he spent 5 min looking at the unit and said there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. Eric worked with the GE rep. and got a new unit and swapped it out - all at no cost to us. Great service! We will continue to use them for all our Appliance needs.

I walked into the store, they helped me find a built in dishwasher, within minutes that works for my home, that truly had been adventure/nightmare with not getting the right one previously and the tech was out within a week to install. This is a great place to go for your appliances, I was extremely impressed with the service and efficiency - thank you so much for taking one chore off my plate- literally! ?

This is a place to get scratch and dent type appliances and it had a lot of stuff on site. The negative is about 1/4th of items on the floor either had a sold sticker or no price. The single salesperson was on the phone the entire time I was there so I didn't get any sales help. If you're looking for the cheapest appliances possible, this place is worth a look. It's all scratch and dent so should be at least 10% cheaper than buying new somewhere else. However, you are getting some items as is for any damage and only the internal components are covered.

Buyer beware! If you change your mind or appliances don't fit they will hit you with a restocking fee. I tried supporting this small business because I work for one. Had to return an unopened washer and dryer and got hit with a charge. They are short sighted in their customer service. They lost a customer for life. The small business I work for takes care of their customers because we want them long term. Not promoting big box stores but they would have taken them back with no issues and this is who they compete against. This was not a special order or anything like that.

Working with Erik and buying the appliance was easy. Very knowledgeable and professional. My reason for the two stars is the installation. They came on time but I was the last stop of the day and they didn't seem too thrilled to be there. After looking at the old unit for about 5 mins he said he would not be able to do it because the floor would need to be removed in order to remove the old dishwasher. He recommended I hire a handy man. He seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy so I took his advice. I hired a handyman who had the old unit removed in less than 10 minutes without removing any flooring. Installed the new unit without an issue. So basically I had to wait an extra two weeks and pay the handy man more money. In the end I recommend Erik and purchasing your appliance there but maybe find someone else to install it.

I got a new washer and dryer from EP Appliance Outlet a few weeks back and had a great experience! Roger was fun to talk to and very knowledgable about the products. Our washer had broken the previous day so I was hoping to find something that I could buy and would be delivered quickly. They set up the delivery w/in three days, which was perfect! The delivery company got the job done w/no issues and did a really pro job of leveling out the washing machine where the floor sloped down to the floor drain. The guy jerry-rigged some scrap wood that was in our garage to level it out, but it worked and I've been very happy with the new washer/dryer so far. If you're in the market for GE appliances (which I was!!!)- I recommend this place.

Great experience! Eric Pittman, our salesman, was very helpful in getting us just what we wanted. Very efficient and polite delivery/installation crew. Definitely a five star experience.
