Nice home Ace. I used just about every home Ace in the west metro. Never have had a problem. Easy to get to, employees are nice. Never had problems. I use the Ace for all my needs. They've never been out of stock anytime I've ever been there or needed anything. Which is very important as a contractor. I just never know when i'll have to stop in and grab someone. I can usually get in and out in 5 min which is important to me(even though I wanna look around longer). Plain and simple great place to shop. Thanks Ace Hardware!Call me for your Hardwood Floor Sanding and Finishing projects!

Had my lawnmower repaired here; when I picked it up I asked what was wrong and the cashier couldn't tell me exactly what the problem was, he just sort of bumbled over the invoice and then mansplained to me how gas goes bad. I didn't appreciate that. I know what Sea Foam is and how to use it. $150 for a pickup and repair, and I'm not even sure what was broken or how to prevent it from happening again.

I go to Frattalione's Hardware every chance I can when I have a home repair job because they are local non-chain, employ good people, and provide exceptional service and advice. It's amazing the positive effect the purchase of a hammer, shelving, and etc. has on the bottom line of a local business.

They refused to copy a key for me because “do not duplicate” is stamped on it. But when I had similar keys copied with my white boyfriend 2 different times before they didn’t say a word about the “do not duplicate” sign. Also all the workers who helped me were white.

Extremely disappointed in the service I received tonight. I am a small business owner a few streets down. I buy all my supplies and tools from Frattallone’s. On several occasions I have had my employee/contractor keys cut and ask for them to be cut on “Do not duplicate” keys. They always make me sign a document, look at my ID, etc. Tonight they would not let me cut the key and there isn’t another place open to do so. They said I needed documentation that I was the owner. I offered my ID, my business cards, my email, the lease and they would not accept any of it and they would not tell me what documentation they would accept. Consistency would be nice and especially to another small business owner that is a regular customer. Huge let down. I’ll stop taking my business here and head to Ace in Chan going forward.

I’m always impressed with how helpful this store seems to be. Whatever I need, they seem to have it and usually multiple options. The associates are always helpful and it’s always appreciated. Very nice selection and great assistance. Great store!

Friendly staff. Have had our lawn mower serviced there for annual tune up. Affordable pricing and a much faster turnaround time than they quoted. Will have lawn mower serviced here again without any regrets.
