I have used my AAA membership so many times I can't count, from jumping my car to towing me from a parking lot after a breakdown. I gift my adult children memberships every Christmas. Customer service is great and it's not their fault that sometimes it takes a tow truck awhile to reach you; relax and be grateful for the free tow/tire change/jump start your membership fees afford you. Remember to tip your responder!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Booked an 8 day trip to Mexico with 2 rooms and we get there and find out we're paying for 4!!! We also payed extra for ocean and pool side rooms and we got all garden views! AAA not willing to reimburse a single penny. BE AWARE of what your paying for and do your research before using this company! They hold NO liability for there actions! I would Definitely shop around before booking your trip with AAA!Per there "reply" they did NOTHING to find a resolution besides the same thing as the emails stating you get what you paid for... Such a scripted repetitive response that they give anyone they screwed over! Worst company to deal with ever! Time to take things further!

Went on a family trip decided to go with Carrie as our travel agent working for AAA. Got to Mexico to our resort and we were suppose to have 2 rooms one pool side and one ocean side got garden view and ended up paying for 4 rooms with 5 adults and this is why we hired a travel agency so we wouldn't have to deal with stuff like this. Spending my family's money on rooms we didn't even use and on the wrong rooms. Will not work with us at all as far as comp or refund. Terrible experience wirh them and will never recommend them.

BE AWARE of booking with AAA travel! Booked a vacation for 8 days to Mexico with 2 rooms ocean view and poolside. Arrived at resort to find out we paid for 4 rooms all of which are garden view!! TERRIBLE customer service and unwill to take any responsibility for there actions! Definitely would book with with more trustworthy company! They hold NO liability for there actions!

Not good at all when you have a vehicle a truck a car still come out and change a tire but don't count on them coming out and when you're in a motor home I sat for almost 10 hours on my way up to Wisconsin in a rest stop waiting for them to call me back never did Sat on the way back when I blew another tire sat in front of a guy's house I thought he was friendly he brought out a gallon of water and some cookies and I ended up sitting there from 1004 in the morning until almost 6: 30 7:00 at night never got a call
