The last told me over the phone 150 lmao and in person. The guy tried to price me up.. I lie and said I never got a quote to see what he said. That mofo said it would be 260 lmaooo... I drove right off to touch em all in rogers.

Absolutely atrocious experience. Vehicle floors / seats still sopping wet when I picked it up 2 hours after the scheduled pickup time (because it wasn’t ready). They said to just leave the car running with full heat blasting for a while.. Found out immediately my usb port also was not working at all (won’t charge, car play obviously won’t work) which has been extremely frustrating. On top of that of course they also charged extra for pet hair (after I vacuumed) which seems typical based on other reviews. Asked what they could do to help me in this situation and they basically told me to get lost because they don’t use liquid on the counsel (see previous sentence about the car being wet, with heat running, in winter, the interior condenses completely when you shut off the car). Wife’s car could use a detail and we were going to use A2Z but ABSOLUTELY NOT. If I could give negative stars I would - SAVE YOURSELF FUTURE PAINS DONT COME HERE!!Services: Auto detailing

They did a great job. I saw some mixed reviews so I was cautious, but the guy inspected my car from the beginning, asked if I wanted to do a carpet salt cleaning for an extra $35 (i said yes), and he went about it. Got to the end and there were no upcharges that were not previously discussed. My car was completely spotless, not a stray piece of lint to be found.Note that this is the first time I've ever had a car professionally detailed, so I don't have a comparison, but I would go there again.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

I drive for uber and had a customer spill a bottle of liquor all over the floor of my back seat. The smell was very strong, and I could not continue driving with the smell. A2Z was able to get me in at the last minute, and they did a fantastic job. The car is spotless inside and out, and most importantly, the smell is completely gone. Looks like the day I bought it. Nothing but good things to say about the whole experience. I will be back for future detailing.

Bait and Switch alert! They quoted me $280 and billed me $400 because there was pet hair in the interior. I got the car back worse than I had sent it. Seems like they rubbed grease all over it to make it look shiny on the inside. Smudges and dust stuck on the grease. The back is soaking wet with almost standing water. The car stinks due to them not drying it. Their excuse: we are understaffed and busy. So they rob you and do t provide the service you pay for. Cherry on top, they have lost my cup holder! OOF. Beware if you purchase a Groupon or are gifted a Groupon from someone else, you are only allowed ONE Groupon per LIFETIME at this business to matter the circumstance. I was told this AFTER my car was detailed and had to pay the FULL price of the detailing, instead of the amount of the gifted Groupon I had received. There was no one to greet me when I arrived in the office. The one employee was the individual that did the detailing process. He did a fabulous job and was very polite and helpful! However, there was no one to help him deal with my Groupon issue and he was left without any assistance. I’ll never return to this establishment due to lack of communication from management at this establishment.Service: Auto detailing

Scheduled an appointment at the plymouth location as we used to take our cars to the prior detail owner who did a fantastic job. We scheduled at there regular rates no Groupon. Dropped off night before which there lobby was left unattended and I called and was told just to leave my keys and their guy on duty should be back soon. The day of I got a text that they were up charging is $120 up charge due to “pet hair & condition” which our car was in good condition and did not have pet hair. We actually took it elsewhere later that day and they said it was in great condition and detailed it for us. Stating this place has been up charging people a lot & has not heard good things. Happy I went with my gut and cancelled only to be reviewing my credit card statement seeing they charged it and I have called them and now they are declining the calls. When we cancelled when they changed prices they said nothing of them going to charge. Would not recommend.

Had a detailing as a Christmas gift. prepaid. Up charged an additional $100 after cleaning, because the vehicle was dirty..... if you like to throw money around 10/10 recommend.

the best part about my experience was Aaron, definitely 5/5 stars and deserves a raise for being so helpful and friendly and clear with me. :) i appreciate him! the detail was pretty good, not sure if my vents got done since they looked a little dirty still. and when i started my car, the radio turned off and the locks wouldn't work right away, but probably just because my vehicle was waterlogged from the chemicals and water used to clean it when i blasted the heat to dry the seats. everything's working okay now and i'm so grateful they did a wonderful job for the most part. and Aaron, thanks again for being a big help!! :)

Don't go here. Groupon or not. This is a scam. I don't know how they have not been shut down. They will tack on additional fees that they do not mention over the phone or on their website, and if you do not agree to those fees they will charge you a cancellation fee to get your car back. Please listen to the reviews. Avoid this place.
