These guys run an absolute scam. They charge you one amount. Take half your things and then say “That’s all the space. To take the rest is thousands more”. And of course they only accept cash. Was so bad we sued in civil court and were awarded a judgement. Run away from this company.

This was the worst moving experience imaginable and I am still having nightmares about it. One star is an overly generous review. We were initially quoted $10K for a move from MN to NY. Once the truck was loaded they said it was going to be $19K. We had no other options because we had to be out of that house the following day. When our stuff arrived much of it was destroyed including antique family furniture and a 65” tv - which the company packed. In addition to receiving much of our belongings damaged, we were missing several items and had a large box of someone else’s clothes delivered to us. I contacted the company about getting someone else’s belongings three months ago and still haven’t heard back. I since found the owner on social media and shipped it to her myself. I went through the claim process and they were willing to pay $237. I am now out $19K and need to purchase thousands of dollars of new things to replace what arrived damaged. Just leave your stuff when moving and buy new or move it yourself in a uhaul truck. $19K is an absurd amount of money to receive absolutely nothing but anger in return.

Do not hire this company they over charge and employees drink on the job. Sal the manager with held my belongings for 21 days. I hired a lawyer, also report them on the federal site. My attorney gave me two websites to help close this Buisness down. My items were scratched and screws for beds and treadmill were missing!

This company is the absolute worst... do not hire them under any circumstances!!! Things initially started off well but when it came time to deliver my furniture they were trying to charge me an extra $400. I called a few times, getting the run around before finally getting to someone who was supposed to be helpful. The owner, Sal, is an overall horrible human being and a poor excuse for a business owner. He was extremely rude, berated me, accused me of trying to scam his business and bribe the drivers! Mind you, at this point he already has thousands of dollars from me... I'm not paying for extras after we have a signed contract for a specific amount. Plus when I finally got my things, dozens of the boxes were ripped open with my possessions falling out. My tv was damaged and there were furniture items that were broken or cracked by them. I have never dealt with such rudeness and incompetence in my life! I will be reporting them to the BBB. They should shut down!

This company is a disaster. They represent everything that is wrong with for a move. I am a guy who never writes review but the experience i had made do this so that you don't end up in my situation.Believe the negative reviews. Don't trust them. Their contracts are full of loopholes.They WILL NOT deliver on schedule.They WILL be difficult to communicate with.They WILL deliver your boxes crushed and each box will require inspection and they will not assemble your furniture by saying that they forgot the tool kit and some one will come later to assemble where no body shows up.This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Please avoid moving with this company.The best part here is they show up on time for pick up that is the least they can do and your furniture will loaded/unloaded in different ware houses which leads to more damage to your luggage/items.i tried to contact the claims department somebody answer the and says that it sales and will transfer the call where no body answers. They charge more money for the move and damage the items and no reply from claims.

Do not use this company! 1st class movers Inc. was hired by American moving solutions, a broker, to move us. Upon confirmation we were told to expect a 40 foot truck, instead they showed up with 2 small budget trucks. The foreman assured us everything would fit in those trucks.The movers dragged furniture across the hardwood floors scrapping up the floors. They flipped furniture upside-down to slide the furniture on the finished side, scrapping and damaged many items. They dropped a large French oak armoire shattering it. Crammed things into the truck and threw items on-top of other items, scratching and breaking them. They also walked on our white carpet with black mud on his shoes leaving stains.At the end of the day, the foremen then told us we were over capacity (despite never tracking inventory). He demanded $13,000 in cash immediately plus an additional $13,000 on delivery if we wanted our items delivered at the destination, again in cash. Meanwhile, the driver of one of the trucks drove away with our belongings. Throughout the entire day, no one ever said there would be additional charges or that the costs were going to be different from the contracted price. instead, we were constantly assured everything was fine and everything would fit in the truck.We actually were moving less items than listed on the updated inventory. We could not understand how a move that was contracted to be 13,000 in total was now 30,000 with less inventory? He refused to put his numbers down in writing, but locked the truck and demanded cash to open it. He called the owner of 1st class movers who raised the price and also refused to return our items.We refused to pay the additional $13,000 and demanded to have the missing truck returned. We wanted to take our items off the truck. They demanded $7,300 in cash immediately before they would return the truck or unlock the truck that was there. We called the police.The officer informed 1st class movers that this is theft by swindle. The broker and the movers appear to be working together doing this too many people. One of the movers said this happens all the time with this company. The officer stated this is a criminal matter. He opened the truck for us and retrieved the other truck.Do not use this company. If you have bad experiences with this company, report them to the MN attorney general and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMCSA)National Consumer Complaint Database (NCCDB). You can also report them to the FBI at IC3.gov. I have! the attorney general is very responsive and helpful.

Worst experience of my life. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. All of my belongings were broken or scratched. Trying to go through the claims process, but they can not to provide me with the necessary paperwork.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!As reported by numerous others, they provide a quote and then more than double the fee AFTER loading and in my case, the truck had already driven away. Then they demanded cash payment. I had to get police involved for return of my belongings. The police office said this was theft by swindle. But since my goods were finally returned after hours of arguing, no charges were filed. But they should have been. I won't even mention the extensive damage to goods and property which occurred BEFORE they demanded additional money.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU HAVE BEEN AS UNFORTUNATE AS ME, I URGE YOU TO CONTACT THE AUTHORITIES!!!!!

I booked these movers and paid a deposit. Two men in a very small rented truck arrived. They refused to wear masks or maintain any personal distance from me, the customer. They stood in my face and when I stepped back, they advanced. After they said hello, I asked them to wear masks and said I would provide them. The driver (never named himself) said "if you want masks, hire a different mover, lady. Good luck getting your deposit back! I wanted to ride my motorcycle today, anyway," and drove away, leaving me and my family stranded on moving day. I called, texted, and emailed his company, but no responses from anyone--I suspect there is no real company, just these 2 guys in a too-small rented truck. Forcing customers to deal with retail businesses without masks violates the current state mandate. I have a son with MS and we need to be extra vigilant. These two were belligerent, highly reactionary and unprofessional.

UPDATE: I found out that they post false/fake positive reviews. I NEVER received any compensation for the furniture ruined. Was ignored and dismissed. Please note the owner gives a response and thanks any positive review, while ignoring the many many complaints. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I hired 1st Class Moving June 2018 and was highly DISAPPOINTED. They were 3 hours late, and rushed through the job which resulted it a lot of damaged furniture. The crew was courteous, and assured me the company had insurance, and that I shouldn't worry about it. I wrote the insurance company (who made me feel as if I was in the wrong for even asking to be compensated), and finally 4 months later was issued a settlement letter in the sum of $120. The following was what was damaged/broken. * White Coffee Table - Multiple Scratches, dents, black marks * Black Decorative Mirror Frame - Mirror completely shattered * Two white end tables - Legs completely broken off * Dresser Drawer - Drawers cracked, scratch on the side. * Wood/Wicker Storage Chest - Side kicked/pushed in I provided pictures, and everything that was asked. I feel I was definitely scammed. The contract I signed even stated I was not to pay for travel time (duh, they were 3 hours late), and they tried to charge me for that anyway. I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but really should have went with my gut, and cancelled it after they were an hour late. PLEASE BEWARE! For some reason I'm not allowed to post all the pictures of my damaged furniture, but please know there was a lot more.
