“Shoutout to the in-store employee, John - you’re the best. I was receiving a 2-day express package containing my dog’s urgently needed medication from my out-of-state vet. The package required a signature and I missed the driver that day because he was running late and outside the predicted window. After letting John know the situation, he helped coordinate with the driver an early drop off the same evening so I didn’t have to wait until the next day to try to pick it up. It’s not the norm and I wouldn’t expect it to be, but I can’t overstate how much I appreciated this. All other mail im happy to be patient for and don’t really mind delays, but this was super important to me and my dogs health. Seriously, thank you so much.
