“If I could give them 10 stars I would because they truly deserve it… both Ken & Ron were extremely professional and nice I feel as though they went above and beyond to assist me…as far as someone saying they were not reachable I highly doubt it…phone calls were returned in a timely manner. In fact when I broke off the key in the lock Ken was ready to drop what he was doing and meet me there in which I declined…the storage unit were extremely clean and they offered pallets for use if needed…it was bittersweet moving out of East Grand Forks Storage wish they had a company in New Orleans…Ken/Ron keep doing what you guys are doing I would do business with your company in a heart beat….Daphne”
