Some of the staff can be kind but becareful if you are a loud talker they may think your yelling and get very disrespectful towards you and call you names.

Always have my order ready when I show up. Only thing is that I would like it if they could contact the doctor to see if I can get more refills without having to make an office appointment.

On July 24th, I received a notice that I assumed was telling me I could pick up a prescription from the EGF Hugo's Pharmacy. When I arrived I was told by the tech that there wasn't anything in for me, At that point, from a distance away, Patricia (Hugos pharmacist) told me that I had been dropped as a patient and that I needed to get in touch with my physician. She was not friendly at all. The doctor that had been on my prescription needed to move out of town. I had not been dropped. I have elected to move my business elsewhere.

I tried to pick up my prescription on Saturday, and I was speaking with an technician Friday when I call on Saturday I was speaking with a Asian lady, I was told the insurance I have would not cover it. but the technician o spoke with ran my prescription and they said it could be released on Saturday. So I have a dilemma either miss out on all my family activities that we're going to happen until Wednesday, in Western NoDak, so I have to stay in this area so I can get my medication on Monday. I knew I was going to have this kind of problem with one of the technicians have called my doctor who tell him what was going on but I was promised by that technician that my insurance covered it on Saturday, now the Asian lady said it's not covered till Monday. This is a medication I never pick up early I have been taken it for two and a half years. Don't get me wrong the people who work the week are awesome. The Asian lady on Saturday along with the other lady working with her told me the exact opposite of what I was told Friday. Asian lady made things way more confusing than they had to be. My medications are supposed to be taken the Asian lady told me to skip some doses until Wednesday. Which I'm not going to do because my doctor didn't say it was okay. I hope they get better training so they can better serve customers.I hope they do better.But like I said Michael, and the other staff that work during the week are awesome and very professional.Just disappointed with this stuff on Saturday.

I just had to argue over and over with the pharmacist that I actually pay for Blue Cross (not free) to get them to use my coupon for my medication. After a ton of hassle, I went to CVS who have been nothing less than completely helpful! I won't be going back to Hugo's. The customer service is terrible and they're not going to be accused of being highly intelligent anytime soon!

The pharmacist would not listen to me try to explain how prescription refill was messed up on there end not the drs end. Instead they acted like a was a junky trying to get more then what dr prescribed and hung up on me. Glad Walgreens is almost open. Probably why Walgreens opened one here in EGG. Note this prescription is not a opioid. It is a medication I need daily. Maybe they should take the time And listen to there customers instead of thinking everyone is junky’s and hanging up on them while she was laughing . So rude! ?

Terrible hours and incompetent workers. I chose this pharmacy because it’s in network, I live nearby, and I thought it’d be less busy that going to CVS. The employee wouldn’t even look at my prescription card and then tried to charge me for my prescription that is normally free. I wouldn’t recommend.

Good, precise friendly ppl, but they charged me as much to deliver one small bottle of pills as they charged for online shopping. I don't get the comparison. One thing is one small bottle of pills delivered (all else is the same pick up or delivery), the other includes gathering bags of groceries, checking them out, then delivering them. $6.00, $3.00 more than anyone else, I called the other pharmacies in the area, most are free and of those who do charge most of those topped out at $2.00.

I'm from Georgia and I'm up here visiting with friends in the area and I needed a prescription transferred from my pharmacy in Georgia to Hugo's and they got right on it and made it super simple and saved me a ton of money to boot ! Super helpful and friendly pharmacist and staff ...this good ol southern boy highly recommends !?

I'm from Georgia and I'm up here visiting with friends in the area and I needed a prescription transferred from my pharmacy in Georgia to Hugo's and they got right on it and made it super simple and saved me a ton of money to boot ! Super helpful and friendly pharmacist and staff ...this good ol southern boy highly recommends !ðŸ‘
