Literally 0 stars. Don’t even bother calling the pharmacy. I was hung up on twice and put on hold for OVER 10 minutes. When I called back for the FOURTH time he said one caller was ahead of me and placed me on hold for another 10-15 mins. He was obviously just waiting for me to hang up. Rudest service I’ve received in all my years of living. These are the ppl we are supposed to trust with out medicine? I’ll PASS.

Staff have always been very polite and helpful. We use the automated refill service and it has always worked well for us. When there was a holdup on the original time for the prescription to be ready one time they let us know immediately via text.

I had to call ahead to see whether the store carried something unusual called barkeepers friend. The woman who help me tonight was named Barb, and she restored my faith in Customer service. Not only did she look up the item in her computer, but she also checked if they had some on the shelf and let me know she could hold some for me at customer service. When I said I would be right over, she let me know exactly what aisle it was on and its placement in the aisle. My trip to the store was uneventful, and I got a number of extra things since I was there so I was a happy customer. The one thing I would do differently is to require the staff to wear masks to protect themselves and customers from the Delta variant. Having flown in, I was especially concerned about the virus and double-masked. We are all sick of the pandemic but we need to continue to take care until it's safe again. Thanks!

literally the BEST customer service. we just moved so i went twice in one day and both times, staff were super super helpful and so kind. They helped me without me even asking. really makes your day better when you're super stressed from moving. all the staff are incredibly kind and it's a really well kept store.

This Walmart has the worst customer service ever. And when I say that I mean AT the actual customer service desk. Every transaction you do is like pulling teeth as if the employees are told to try and deny or heavily question your transaction whether it be a return, check cashing, exchange, etc. None of the supervisors are on the same page, as I have been told different (specific) things by each and then when I come back to follow through with what they said, there is always additional stipulations. I always have to end up taking my business to the Inver Grove Heights Walmart. To add, them sales floor employees usually never know what is going on either and are either conversing in deep conversation with one another so much that they aren't paying attention to the customers needing their help around them, or in such a haste and rush to tell you "I have no idea" and leave it at that. This is all well before the pandemic started as well, but time and time again I try to give them a chance but to no avail they always let me down. You are getting paid to do your job. If you don't want to do it, I know there are people right now that would be grateful to have it.

Staff Fantastic notably the Pharmacists - Never met more helpful and kind staff also clear demonstration of incredible knowledge. I cannot believe the negative reviews - I am not a fan overall of Walmart but they almost made me change my mind.

Called to just ask a quick question to see if they had something available for my sick child, some lady didnt even introduced herself picked up the phone then put me on hold right away for 6 to 10 mins. I hung up called back she picked up again i explained to her i was on hold for 6 to 10 mins of course she apologized and was able to help me right away.. of course they didnt have the stuff i was looking for which is fine but i didnt need to be put on hold for that long to forgotten about just call back and be told they didn't carry the stuff! Staff needs to be retrained obviously. Just waisted my time while i could have been tending to my childs needs.

I HATE this Walmart. Every time I've needed help (which isn't often) it's an absolute mess. Why don't any of the employees have radios? They all walk around like zombies and no one knows where anything is. I'm not one to complain but I'm very frustrated. Pay these people more so they care or hire more competent employees. Seriously.

If I could give this a 0 I would. Staff is so stale, every customer seems to be an inconvenience. A smile never hurt anyone!!! Called in a prescription with an eta of 15 minutes and I waited 45. No apology no thank you for your patience, no anything... just checked me out as if I just walked up. Will be bringing my prescription elsewhere. I know it's Walmart but come on.
