I had to call ahead to see whether the store carried something unusual called barkeepers friend. The woman who help me tonight was named Barb, and she restored my faith in Customer service. Not only did she look up the item in her computer, but she also checked if they had some on the shelf and let me know she could hold some for me at customer service. When I said I would be right over, she let me know exactly what aisle it was on and its placement in the aisle. My trip to the store was uneventful, and I got a number of extra things since I was there so I was a happy customer. The one thing I would do differently is to require the staff to wear masks to protect themselves and customers from the Delta variant. Having flown in, I was especially concerned about the virus and double-masked. We are all sick of the pandemic but we need to continue to take care until it's safe again. Thanks!

literally the BEST customer service. we just moved so i went twice in one day and both times, staff were super super helpful and so kind. They helped me without me even asking. really makes your day better when you're super stressed from moving. all the staff are incredibly kind and it's a really well kept store.
