Has to be the rudest pharmacist I have ever met. Update…somehow this place has gotten even slower. I feel as if I’m on one of those prank shows. You literally have to go twice once to remind them that they told you your prescription was ready and then a second time an hour and a half later when it actually is ready. It’s a complete state of delusion in there.

I have a love-hate relationship with my local Walgreens. I love the convenience of being able to get products VERY quickly. I also love their one-hour photo service - best in the business. However, I truly hate the customer service experience from their pharmacy. I get so frustrated trying to pick up medications for my parents. It's been so consistently bad, that I had them move all of their prescriptions to Hy-Vee which is farther from our house. I would not recommend buying fresh florals, make up or vitamins here unless they're on sale, they're usually overpriced. We also get our vaccination shots here sometimes, I find it very convenient and you can easily schedule online.

Meds weren't ready when the order was placed in advance. After waiting 30 minutes and trying again, they never even filled my script so here I sit waiting still..... last visit to this location.

Waited over an hour for my prescriptions twice now. Go anywhere other than here. The staff is very nice, but they are incredibly overworked and do not have enough help.

They never have prescriptions ready, they could be waiting up to a week and not get filled until you try to call, and then they don't like to answer their phones, I was waiting to be connected for 15 minutes until they answered and hung up. I literally have to go up there and wait for my prescription which is never done quickly because they are incompetent and don't know how to do their job and there's always a line. At this point I'm switching my pharmacy. Walgreens is trash. No wonder people steal from you guys.

Do not waste your time with this location. I've gotten a persciption sent to this location twice and I haven't even received my medication ONCE. They easily take 3 or 4 times the amount of time they tell you it takes in order to prepare prescriptions. When they tell youit will be ready in 24 hours, expect a week. The employees are all incompetent and hardly know how their own systems or process works. Just go somewhere else even if you have to drive an hour to get your prescription. You'll save yourself A LOT of time.

I've always used there pharmacy my whole family has. The last year it's been beyond awful. Never get the same meds for years right, they never answer there phone, closed the drive thru, always a problem getting insurance right & mine hasn't changed in 10 yrs. Terrible!! Best decision I made & my family and friends was to go outside of Walgreens. Enough is enough. They always had a excuse rather than try & correct the problems. No more problems at my new pharmacy and I sure will let everyone I know not to use Walgreens.

This pharmacy REALLY needs to get their acts together! I placed a refill on my medicine on 10/23. Here it is, a week and a half later and they only send me ONE of my medications. Being diabetic, waiting this long for medications is NOT an option. I will not be using them anymore until better pharmacists are hired.

I would not recommend sending prescriptions to this location. Waiting days to pick up in-stock prescriptions. Very disorganized pharmacy with bags of medication's laying everywhere. The girl at the counter was friendly about it but everybody had to wait. I spoke to another gentleman in line and he has been waiting a full week to pick up a prescription.

This has got to be the WORST walgreens ever in history. ALWAYS backed up, im talking days backed up. I literally put a prescription in last week and its still not ready this week. They are always closed in the drive thru so dont waste your time, they close early constantly. Im talking HOURS EARLY, not minutes. Idk if they are understaffed but yeah, go to another pharmacy honestly. They have more than enough workers, its just plain laziness at this point. & i know they are unknowledgeable because i asked what is the nearest 24/7 walgreens(even though i knew it was the one on donegal drive) and they said "i dont know google it" Like really? Lol this place is a poor excuse for a pharmacy.

The customer service at this store has been terrible for years, especially at the pharmacy.1. The drive through is now closed. I assume no staff. Hard to get drugs for Covid without going inside and infecting everyone.2. They are now very busy inside.I recently spent 3 hours in line for my wife's meds, and noted that 80% of customers had problems that required an extended time to fix.A.) Prescriptions unfilled, even though texts and other online notifications say "ready".B.) Prescriptions from MD's in limbo and never entered into the "system", even when sent multiple times.C.) Desk agents proclaim any prescription that is not ready - to be "In process", even though the prescription they are trying to fill has expired - and the new one (in their computer for months) has not been "activated" (or noticed).D.) Prescriptions are regularly "lost". Usually, it's because no one would look for it, or (more often) a data entry clerk failed to move it between systems (still).E.) Common drugs are frequently "out of stock". If so, the systems kick your items out of the queue, and you are never notified when they arrive. Frequently, a visit a week later shows "no refill requested" or other system error.All these problems except under-staffing are "system" problems, and could be cured by training and getting a few systems updated. How can anyone provide good customer service when almost every order they process has a problem requiring a ton of manual time to fix?They are so busy that they just let the phone ring. After a long wait (two hours or more these days) - the line clicks and no one is there - they just hang up!I would suggest hiring better people that might stay a while, but why would anyone get an advanced degree to be a pharmacist at a chain drug store like Walgreens - pure drudgery or frantic activity when everyone else has quit.I should switch to another pharmacy. Brand reviews say Walgreens "sucks less", but I can't believe that anywhere could be worse. I've had better recent experiences with other Walgreens in the area. It's too bad; They were "good" for a few months last year.From a former Walgreens Manager from the 70's...

The pharmacy here is a joke, we have a child that needs her medication BEFORE it is even close to running out and we put in the order on the 22nd and it still hasn’t even been filled!!! I am SOOO sick of our medications not getting filled on time!! Especially when we gave you guys time!!! And then the drive thru is never open due to “staff shortages” so then we have to bring our disabled child inside to be waiting for an HOUR JUST TO BE TOLD ITS NOT READY!!! I don’t care about the staff shortage that’s not OUR problem! That’s a you problem! DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE!! You have been warned.

Worst Walgreens on the planet. The pharmacist is horrendous, the drive thru has been closed completely for a week because the pharmacist is horrendous and nobody will work for her. It took 3 days to fill my prescription and after I stood in line for 40 minutes,, it took another 20 min to find it because they have grocery carts full of meds that haven’t been put in proper bins because they have 1 tech that is still willing to work there!Shut them down! Do better Walgreens!
