Wow!! In a world of service-less retail, this Jewelry store knows service. I had jewelry I inherited from family. The jewelry had not been cleaned and was poor condition. I took it here to Waldeland for help. They were friendly, caring and understanding. The quote I was given was accurate and it was completed ahead of time. The jewelry looked beautiful. I like supporting local, family owned businesses and this one I will definitely recommend!!

Went to a few jewelry stores to upgrade my wife's wedding ring that we have had for 22yrs, none of them wanted to do anything with the ring.Found Waldeland Jewelry a family owned business since 1977 if I remember correctly. They told me yes! we can help you. So I upgraded my wife's ring, nicer and bigger diamond and placed the old diamond in the ring cause it's part of the journey.Turned out great!!! Thank you so much!!! I will be coming here for any future jewelry needs.

My family has always had a great experience with Waldeland from purchases to service. My parents had used Waldeland for years, so when I was going to get an engagement ring for my (now) wife, I went there after a couple other larger stores. They custom made a beautiful ring using gold and diamonds from a family heirloom and we were very pleased. Since then, I've purchased a few smaller pieces as gifts (not big $$$ purchases by any means). They've treated me great on each visit and even though it has been a year or so since the last time I was in, the owner and staff recognized me and treated me as if I was spending far more than I do. I had a watchband that just needed to have a new pin. Stopped by a few days ago and after fixing the band and giving me a recommendation for some other work I need done, I was told that the fix was at no charge. They understand that good service to loyal customers will keep me coming back for years.

Waldeland jewelry store has the best employees. I had lost a stone on my ring and in a week or so they found a stone and replaced it. I’m so happy with their service. I have had work done on my jewelry and have bought gifts there. They are a very caring team!!! I won’t go anywhere else.

Waldeland has been my go-to jewelry store for several decades. I’ve made purchases, gotten jewelry repaired or appraised. Through two generations of Waldelands, the owners and employees have always been kind, fair, reasonable and professional. I would recommend Waldeland’s to anyone near and far.

I took a favorite piece of jewelry in for a small repair, service was warm and friendly and they'd repaired the necklace within a matter of days for a nominal fee. I never would have been able to get a big box store to give me the time of day on this sort of thing. Very pleased and highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about my experience here today - I purchased the most beautiful band at an incredibly reasonable price to reset the center stone from my wedding ring in. I dealt with a very knowledgeable & wonderful staff including the owner himself who spent time talking to me personally to help ensure I felt extremely comfortable with my decision. I wish I had known years ago this amazing jeweler existed! I will never shop anywhere else for my jewelry needs.I love my new ring & I was able to pick it up the same day since all work is done in-house!Thank you! Christy Hilgert

I cannot say enough about my experience here today - I purchased the most beautiful band at an incredibly reasonable price to reset the center stone from my wedding ring in. I dealt with a very knowledgeable & wonderful staff including the owner himself who spent time talking to me personally to help ensure I felt extremely comfortable with my decision. Literally just walked in the door and nobody said hello,2 women working… I waited a few and still no acknowledgment, I said thanks for saying hi I would have done business with you and walked out…. Did my pajamas not meet your criteria for help, sad I wanted to business with my local jewelry but I’ll go to a big box that say hello!It’s all good if you can’t look up and say good morning to a customer which takes 2 seconds, I dropped my money down the street to a more friendly store… rock on nirvana!

Your search for a jeweler stops here. Waldeland is, hands down, the most professional and most caring jewelry store I have ever visited. Their staff is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, and Travis has (on multiple occasions) gone above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was satisfied with my ring. I could not give a higher recommendation for these hardworking and amazing people. I won't go anywhere else in the future.

This is an amazing, though unassuming, jewelry store! Service for me today was top-notch! So happy.Waldeland is located in a strip mall on Duckwood. There is great and easy parking directly in front of the store, and reasonable jewelry store hours.I went to Waldeland because I brought two 1980-vintage Seiko watches in to have the professional jeweler/repairman look at them, and to see if they would still run (yes, I found them in my unheated high school box in the attic!).Well, the professional jeweler looked at them closely, then as I stood there, he immediately went to work taking each one apart and popping in new batteries and cleaning the inner workings. All along, we chatted about the age of the watches, and how I had managed to find them again.At the end of his 20 minutes of labor, he charged me just $10 for the batteries! One of the watches still runs perfectly, the second not so much, though the digital part still works. I must have bought the second one when the first one died, but that was 40+ years ago! They are now so "retro" and "80's cool". LOLI am so appreciative to Waldeland, and the jeweler, who spent a long time to attempt to get them working. Thank you!Oh and yes, THEY STILL FIT MY WRIST PERFECTLY! Shocking, but true.
