Spent 3 hours there getting new phones. Had to leave before all done because the transfer was not going to be done before close. Was told by Dom to come back at 10 the next morning when he started his shift and he would complete it right away. Got there just before 10 AM and he had just taken someone back and I was told it would be 30-40 minutes before it could be done.

Dominique was, for lack.of a better word, PERFECT. I came in to transfer service from another carrier. He made me feel comfortable, informed me through every step of the process, and made sure everything was solid before I walked out the door. I will be coming back here because of his professionalism. Thank you Dominique for making a usually stressful process easy and efficient!

DONT GO TO VERIZON. They will raise your bill every month until you get mad and call them and will just say they can lower your bill with no answers as to why they raised it in the first place. Also went into Eagan store to have them fix my phone and they switched the Sim and didn't fix the problem. They told me I had to call Verizon from my cellphone to get it fixed.....which was my problem. No service always. So basically will not do anything for you. The plans are to high, customer service sucks, and they do not care about you.

I’ve been to the store 4 times this week. The managers there definitely do not make the customers a priority. Brought a phone with a charging issue, that one spent less than 5 minutes with me. Lunch in one hand, told me to file a claim. I did. Was there twice today, big guy with a beard was less than happy to help. I would have to wait for 30 minutes…. there was only one person in the store and 3 employees. Came back later, got a look immediately from the same guy. Put my name in iPad to wait. He pretended to be too busy to help me while putting away products and sitting at a table with an associate. Every time I go there… I walk out so upset.
Been a customer for over 20 years. So… maybe it’s time to move on.

A promotion they claimed would lower my bill actually increased by bill by $70 per month… needless to say after fighting it they did zero for me. No catch they said… I contacted VW direct they fixed the bill for one month and then right back up. Well I’m no longer with VW after being with them over 10 years and will never be back.

Manager of the store, some taller guy with a beard (EDIT: Ethan) was immediately rude to me when I mentioned that I was trying to get something that the phone support had messed up fixed. Insisted that I should only fix it through phone support and then he could not help.
Completely unacceptable, phone support is notoriously bad, in store support shouldn't be worse.
EDIT 2: Drove over the Burnsville store an additional 40 minutes, and they were able to resolve my issue immediately.
Please follow up on this.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am writing is at 6:18pm on 1/20/24 just so you know I am back home still 40 mins before they closed. Walked in told Bryce I wanted iPhone 15 pro max 256gb in titanium white. Asked me if I had an account I said yes. He looked up my account and I led with I am doing a trade-in; I have a promo already on the phone I know I will lose it. Then Bryce proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay the phone off which is hundreds of dollars, and I probably wouldn't want to do that. I said I already know I need to pay 50% of the phone off to get the new one and fine with that. He sighed and stated the phone had to be in pristine condition in order for that to happen and most don't pass that. I pulled out the phone he took it out the case and started examining it. To his surprise the phone is in pristine condition. Bryce then told me that he the phone would have to be taken today which I knew and that I would no longer have my promotion or a new promotion which I knew and was fine with. Before I could say anything additional after saying let's do it, he proceeded to tell me he didn't have time to do a transfer tonight and he could set up an appointment tomorrow. I told him thanks for his time and left. Little did Bryce know I get a phone every single year from Verizon, multiple lines. I order cases and screen protectors online and have multiple pairs of air pods and apple watches, as I know they don't make much off iPhone(from what I've been told in the past), Bryce missed out on a $50 tip from me tonight for his time. I could have got the phone, backed up from iCloud which I did on the way to the store and been on my way while everything downloaded off data for 7 mins before I got home to finish it on Wi-Fi. Bryce was so concerned about getting out at 7pm that he didn't take the time to service the customer that could have been in and out in less than 20 minutes or less and had a $50 tip plus the commission on the phone. I was the only customer in Verizon parking and the only customer in the store. I now do have to wait till tomorrow to get the upgrade, but it will not be from this location and someone else will be blessed with $50 cash from me. I haven't completed a bad review in some time because mistakes happen and life happens but people who just don't care when the money is trying to be handed to them, I have a 0 tolerance for that. Bryce I hope you are a top salesperson who doesn't need every sale or tips. Thanks Verizon once again for showing me how I should be treated in one of your stores.

I went in to see if we could get help with my mother-in-law's bill since it seemed high and it is just her on the account. He said he couldn't help and that calling 611 would be more helpful.
I was disappointed he couldn't help us in store since my mother-in-law has memory problems and wasn't sure if she had an online account to check either.

Verizon has really taken a turn for the worst. Customer service is lacking all around. Go elsewhere. I went in for help transferring a line onto my account. Waited 10-15 min for them to come back with an 800 number because they were busy and clearly didn't want to help. Told them I have nothing but issues with the 800 numbers and that's why I was there but they didn't care.

My first time in this store in October...Tanner provided excellent service. He was knowledgeable, friendly and really funny. This time, I returned because of a billing issue. I was paired with Jeremy, who is an absolute delight!! We had so much fun just sharing life stories and he was very thorough. He was able to collaborate with customer service to resolve my issue.
Also, I would be remiss if I didn't mention my customer service experience with an agent over the phone. I spent an hour with her and she was quite perplexed that she was unable to help me. But she told me what I could do next. I'm sorry that I can't recall her name. But she was quite nice and very attentive. I am impressed overall with Verizon and the Customer Service.

Was trying to switch accounts with a phone call to customer service and was on the call for an hour and explained 3 different times to the representative that the owner was unavailable however, ome of the account managers was with me and still the representative wanted the owner to confirm what was happening. If an account has more than 3 managers on the account, use one of them..good grief. We understand the legality, don't have us sit on the phone on a runaround telling us the account manager is good to go and 2 seconds later tell us that the account owner still needs to verify after we gave the credentials of the owner and one of the account managers to verify.The store personnel were great.
