I'm posting this review as a 1 star for now until she is replaced or can fix the way she treats customers. I walked in yesterday and this lady working told me that if I have labels that are paid for I need to have printed elsewhere. So I was ok thats fine. So I went to ups to have printed. Decided to wait till today to go back usps. When I get there same lady. She then tells me that the packaging was wrong and I can not send(photo of packaged used) thier own products. Mind you that she seen my packaging yesterday. You think she'd be kinda enough to have told me that yesterday so I don't have to keep returning.

I have always had an amazing experience here. I agree with everyone and the fact it's never busy and the staff has always been so friendly and helpful ..... until this morning! I came in the morning not busy, but such a rude and disrespectful lady working. I bothered her while she was attempting to get her music speaker up and running before helping a customer. Customer service can go a long way, but not today.

Money was removed from a card sent by an elderly relative in June 2022. The card was mailed from inside the Eagan Post Office at 1964 Rahncliff Ct. The photo in my Informed Delivery (email) showed the tape used to close the top of the torn envelope. The incident was reported to USPS. This resulted in lots of nothing.

This has to be the nicest USPS I've ever seen with engaging, polite employees. The lobby was clean and very well stocked. After using the self-service kiosk I started browsing (who browses in the post office) and the employees engaged in conversation with me and gave me tips for the best packaging for my shipping needs. The people who work at this location should be recognized for the pride their customer service and obvious pride they take in their work.

Today, I believe I interacted with the most pleasant, polite & helpful USPS agent of all time by the name of Bao. I've never had a P.O. employee go that far out of their way to help me.What a breath of fresh air at what can often be a trying experience.

The staff is very nice, but the PO Box service is atrocious. A newspaper is often delayed for three or four days at a time.
