Came in for an Amazon return. They tried to charge me to take it, and offered to sell me over priced packing tape. I will not be back. Get your shipping supplies across the street at less than 1/3 the price and without condescending staff. You can drop off Amazon at Kohls with longer hours and friendlier service.

Very rude customer service! I called to ask about my package not being delivered yet, but the guy picked up the phone talked to me disrespectfully, and hung up the phone while I was talking he did not even listen to what I was talking about???

Employee 216606 would not let me drop off my boxed & sealed Amazon return. After talking to Amazon and verifying that I was allowed to return the package I received it in, I went to a different UPS location and had 0 issues. Will not use this location again.

I stop by UPS almost on a weekly basis and I will say the eagan town Center store has always treated me very kind and been helpful with all my situations. I certainly have been to other locations with nothing good to say.

2.16.24 - stopped by today at 630 pm. Male employee was extremely rude when I came in for Amazon returns. Will not recommend this store and will never return.

I needed to pick up a package that I didn’t get because it needed a signature. I tried using the 1800 number to see if I could pick it up or at least get it delivered a different time of day next time. After going around a while it became clear that I wasn’t going to get anywhere on the phone. I tried my luck going in person to the UPS place and the supervisor was very helpful in finding it. He went out of his way and looked in the driver’s delivery cars after hours while it was sub-zero and brought back my package, all while smiling. I think his name was Timmy.I’ve also had nothing but good experiences with my usual driver, but I don’t know his name.
