You can’t talk to a real person about anything. When they lose your package or screw you over there’s literally nothing you can do about it. For the love of god if you have an option, stay as far away from ups as possible.
Update: when the owner responds that you can contact support or dm any of their socials to make it seem like there is actual support to help, that support is simply a bot that will not connect you to any real people and your problems still will not be resolved. Real human interaction is not allowed through UPS.

What is going to our society? Look at fortune 500 company's customer service center. I am frantically looking for my lost passport in the UPS system. I could hear blaring "price is right" from TV. Employee legs on desk wearing goggles. My distance from the desk. I was simply give number to call. Things I heard from the desk alarmed me more "I shouldn't have shipped from UPS store, they are just a franchisee" "Shipping option I used means it will reach when ever (I have tracking number and delivery date right on the receipt" My worldview has collapsed, if UPS loses my passport what else could go wrong, what can I trust anymore?

Package required a signature. I work for a living and can’t drop what I’m doing to accept my package. Now ups wants to charge me to tell the driver to leave the package at the door. Yah nah. Will literally never purchase anything with ups shipping and will never ship via ups. Couldn’t talk to a rep, all the clerks at the local stores have no clue what’s goin on. Duck this. Go duck yourself ups.

What an incompetent service, every step of the way. Had an overnight package with signature required. Stayed home all day to receive it. The driver did not come up to the apartment, didn't call for me to come down, simply marked it as unable to deliver and now stuck waiting for next business day to pick it up 40 mins from my home. Completely impossible to reach anyone via customer service number. Horrendous experience with UPS every time.

UPS sucks. They don't even try to deliver the package and just leave the dumb tag then lie out their teeth about when you will get your package.

If you want your packages delivered to the wrong town multiple times over multiple months this is the terminal to have your package go through. Staff is extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Went in twice and they said they would give me a call with more info and nothing. All packages were valued over $200. Tired filing a complaint about the driver since it was the wrong town and every time “the person that’s does that isn’t here right now”

While tracking was accurate and package arrived as expected, I am disappointed in the manner of delivery. The package required a signature, because it was an expensive electronic item, and the delivery driver did not knock or ring the doorbell, and simply left an expensive device on the side porch. They also provided a "proof of delivery" image that was clearly the floor of the truck with no package in sight.

Broken faulty equipment and the managers like rationalizing employee abuse. I hope UPS goes out of business.
