Nicest most helpful people ever. Leaps and bounds above USPS. I was having a package nightmare and they saved the day and took amazing care of me. All of the people working there were super nice and helpful not only to me, but the others being helped. 10/10 for UPS Eagan!!!

I had a return package from usps
Went to this store print my label the guy from india charge my 2.50 and printed out a label on a plain paper (this people even don't have stickers paper) and he insisted me to leave there and said will paste it and send. As he was busy on watching something on his phone. I was bit suspicious about his carelessness and in the evening check the tracking which was showing label Printed ready to ship and next afternoon it was same. I call and a guy pick up the phone and said probably the usps misplaced the pancake. He said they often misplaced, i said i am sending everyday and
It never happens but he replied this would be your first.
I call next morning they said the same . After four day the package came back to my house with marked M. Apparently what that guy did is he totally forgot to stick the label and drop in the pickup bin. Fortunately it was a return package and my old label was there.
My heads up with office never drop a usps parcel just by their word saying they would send it. Just let them
do everything on your presence don’t trust them.

It's a decent store with fast service. (Perhaps too fast...)
An employer sent me a return label for a laptop without a box. I paid around $5 for the box, but then the UPS store charged $5 for packing the laptop into the box. (The last charge was never disclosed to me at the point of sale. So it looked like the price for the box was $10+$1 tax.)

The guys here are so nice! They helped me shipped back an Amazon package and were pleasant too on a Saturday morning. Excellent customer service! They also had some beautiful forever stamps! Win win!!

The team here is always super helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I used to go to Feed Ex for mailing packages. They are more expensive and have slower customer service in their store and they are as friendly.
